Ceiran and Matt arrived promptly. All work done speedily and efficiently. They let me know what was happening at every stage, showing me the CCTV photo to explain what had been done and what else needed to be done to complete the job. All left clean and tidy. The engineer was polite and helpful. He did a fantastic neat repair job to the large joint FW pipe and left the area tidy, colour matching the black tarmac with black concrete -job done!
