I made my return on investment in month 4. I won’t lie, as that point approached I was scared 😅 Time felt like it was ticking and I definitely had moments of doubt. But the system really does work if you actually work it.

Smart coach was designed very well for I believe new coaches and experienced business owners and coaches. The framework was lined out very well with super helpful content to help build a coaching business. My coach, Sarah, was amazing at giving me timely feedback each week and helping me pivot when my initial offer wasn’t working well. I'm about halfway through my Smart Coach journey, but so far it's been rewarding! As a new coach, I've have felt frozen with fear and doubt, unsure of where to start or how to build things out. With just a couple of tweaks, a program idea I've been sitting on feels sooooo good, and it feels great having a solid system to offer it through. The content module and research has also helped me feel much more organized when it comes to structuring my ideas, and has been helpful in learning how to capture more engaging content.

Spark has provided a great introduction to coaching. The materials are dense, detailed, and allowing me to embark on this journey with a robust track record of experience by my side. My entire relationship with the SmartCoach team from first chatting on Instagram, to the sales process with Ellese, onboarding, weekly 1:1 coaching with Lindsey, to the group calls with Hayley and Emily - has all been top notch. Sarah, has been an amazing coach! She is encouraging, honest, but tactful on guiding me to be the best coach I can be for myself and others. She has been extremely helpful with instructing me on how to put out the best content to help me reach my target audience. I wanted to wait a little longer to say this until I had more "material" success but I just have to say this now... I will give smart coach all the praises, testimonials, and promote the s*** out of smart coach becuase I love this program so effing much and think it's the best thing in the whole wide world!!! everyone who even thinks they want to start a business should only work with smart coach. 100%.
not sure how my experience compares to others in uplevel, but prior to finding smart coach I had spent $40k+ on other sales and marketing programs over the last 3.5 years "selling" the same outcome smart coach does. most of them I barely made my money back (nevermind to use as a "forever" strategy). one of them I invested $10k for a 9 month program (very similar to this one, where I consistently showed up and did the work every single week) and made $0 becuase they had me put togegther this super fancy funnel that no leads were even flowing through. at the point of finding smart coach, even my entrepreneurial friends told me "wow i'm surprised you're even still trying to scale after all your failed attempts.. why not just stick to one-on-one coaching", which felt kinda shitty because when your non-entrepreneurial family and friends "don't get you", the ones who ARE entreprenrual are the ones who typically support your high rick tolerance and "crazy ideas" .. but for me not this time. the thing I always say to everyone - even my own clients - is that your belief in yourself and your future success has to far surpass any "failed" strategy. it's just a matter of finding the right one.
The more time I spend in uplevel the more and more I'm solidified in my belief that this is it, AND that this is actually all I need (something I also never thought I'd say.. no other offers or "freebies" or distractions that seem important). I could keep going on and on but I just wish I found smart coach when I was in my "spark" era rather than now, but the best I can do now is be an advocate and sing their praises because smart coach is truly the absolute best. point blank period

UPDATED REVIEW: The Smart Coach team has offered an extension for me to try working with another 1:1 coach who may better understand my niche. Hoping for more personalized strategy with this one – beyond the rigid posting & DMs framework.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I invested nearly $10k in Spark with an ROI guarantee that, if I fully executed their system, I would make that money back in client sales.

(Full execution requires posting 1 Instagram Reel, 3-5 Stories, and sending 35 cold DMs everyday, which was also not communicated during the sales process.)

I am leaving the program with $0 in revenue and no clients.

The coaches are trained to teach a one-size-fits-all strategy. And while I expected personalized coaching from a program at this price point, there was NO CUSTOMIZATION. I was instructed to “keep sending cold DMs and it should work eventually.”

Spark is built for speed and volume in popular, mainstream niches like fitness. My niche focuses on helping women create flexible work before they have kids so they're not scrambling to figure out their careers after having a baby.

When I pivoted to this direction, my coach told me:
• the niche was not profitable
• Spark was not designed for someone “carving a new lane”
• pursuing this direction against her advice would disqualify me from the ROI guarantee

If you’re pioneering a new niche or you want personalized strategy, Spark may not support you and the ROI guarantee may not apply in practice. I wish I had been warned.

Not at ALL what was pitched. Sales was pushy The videos are long & monotone. You only get 20 mins or personal coaching per week. Would not recommend, especially if neurodivergent.

Smartcoach makes coaching feel seamless- for me and my clients. I didn't realized how much mental space I was wasting before signing up for smart coach. Casey has been so supportive of what my needs are. I quit my full time Job to enter into the Spark program while I have been raising my 1 year old baby. Life has been both good and hard, and I've needed a lot of grace as things in my life has changed and as appointments have had to change. Casey has been a great fit for me as a coach because of how flexible and understanding she has been. Shes given me a lot of grace and help in one of the hardest years of my life.
