My Issue about connectivity was resolved instantly. I hope it remain this way. I had nightmares before in dealing with this issue. Nevertheless, thank you!

costumerservice is nonexistent.
They hang up when you ask them any question.
I guess they are hourly paid, meaning, that they get paid to sign in, but not to execute any service.

Very notorious of data capping. We subscribe for family sim and the network speed is 500Kbs and there's only one point in a day that's 80mbs and that's only for an hour or shorter.

I can only give them what they deserve. Very slow data. I don't recommend to newbies. Please select any other provider instead

I give you one star always slow internet data connection tapos sa Luzon lang malakas tapos sa Mindanao mahina baka ma sumbong sa Inyo sa senates or presidente kakainis nag load ang tao tapos mawala pa signal sa bukid ang Dami namamatay na tao dahil di ma contact ang ambulance kasi wala signal sa Bukidnon halata wala. Ang Dami Dami ako nakikita mga tao. Namamatay dahil late pa dumadating ang ambulance tapos sisihan Sila kais di ma contact kais wala signal tm at globe Meron pero Hina. Kung totoo trust ang smart or tnt dapat kailangan mas. Malakas pa signal Kasi kayo. Na trust kung Hindi Inyo fix ang signal someone dia again. Once Waal signal ulit na someone die talaga

Magsara na kayo smart! So incompetent! Im a paying customer! Pero wala akong signal in a lot of places! Your giga roam sucks too! Doesnt work in croatia, budapest, japan. Omg wala kayong kwenta at all! Wala kayong pinag iba sa mga corrupt politicians!

horrible provider and company. everything feels like a scam.
Getting a normal sim is so difficult. issues are not resolved. hours of waiting times in the shops. receiving LTE even if 5G is booked. horendous coverage.
Complaints need to me send via email in a hand written attachment.

E-Sim doesnt work. Read the whole FAQ, did everything as described. Searched Reddid and other Websites, still can't find a solution but also lot of other Expats experiencing the same Problem. Most threads on Reddit are unresolved. I called the hotline and waited for half an hour, no one picks up. You cannot contact them through Email, which is not that smart. Literally out of options and can't even get in contact to get a refund. Don't buy smart E-Sim if you're from abroad!
@Smart Team: If you resolve the issue or refund my money, I will remove the review. Otherwise: Very disappointed!

Arrived in the Philippines and a local person suggested the SMART SIM.I purchased the SIM and installed and registered.I then purchased the 449 PESO plan from 7-eleven with 2GB daily video, unlimited texts and local calls.Thos plan was supposed to kick in after the 3-day plan that came with the SIM. This plan never loaded.SMART has no live customer support for this type of problem.After purchasing a 7 day plan from GLOBE (SMART competitor) I emailed 7-eleven. They replied 2 days later (7 days after I purchased the SMART package) and acknowledged that yhe SIM had a problem and that they fixed it.They fixed the Data issue but I was still unable to make any local calls (message kept saying that I didn't have any balance).I contacted 7-eleven again and they said that they would need 5 additional working days to resolve. By this time my daye to leave Philippines had arrived.This company is manufacturing poor quality SIMs and doesn't have any way to fix customer problems. It's a total waste of money.I would suggest using GLOBE instead.

Talk n text and smart is not reliable for fast internet its waste of money no improvement at all

Worse customer service for customers going to their stores very long wait over an hour still serving the same customer here at sm manila.Same experience at BGC store when I purchased a sim card.

Worst internet i ever used🤮🤮, worst in costumer service,slow internet providers and lastly worst load prices

I message their customer service and said: "I accidentally pressed the button indicating that I need additional data load, even though I already have more than 55 GB of data. I did not intend to activate this additional 1 GB, and I do not want to be charged for it. I already have sufficient non-expiry data available."

Theb the customer service is so UNHELPFUL. Didn't even bother to really help me. Just wasting my time.

Absolutely rubbish SIM for tourist. The expectation to log onto the network is ridiculous, the questions ask don't match or cater for a tourist. God know why the security is so tight considering everything else in the country is so messed up. Try something else
