I went to showroom in Halesowen to view door smartlock range. All good, reception information & product knowledge was excellent, they couldn’have been more helpful.
When at home,& fitting the new smartlock, we had problem connecting.
Wecouldnt fathom it out. In the end after long phone contact with Matt, from the company on 3 separate days,he decipherd it was a problem on my phone. We finally got connection. The help & patience from Mark was brilliant. After sales for the company is superb. Well done Smart & Secure Halesowen.

As the title says, best price I found online for AOne products, thanks to a 40% discount code, and arrived the next day. My only criticism is the lack of postal options available - I was only offered a next day DHL special which wasn’t needed when a Royal Mail at half the price would have been fine.

This is probably the most difficult review I've written, not for any reason other than I'm only permitted to give 5 stars, but the reality is Smart and Secure Center is way way better than a 5 star.

Some 2 years ago I purchased an ambrogio robot mower along with Smart and Secures offer to fit it for me, however I have a large garden on 4 diferent levels so a site survey was required just to make sure the mower would be able to cope. Due to its complexity a representative from the main distributer also came along to assist in the survey.

The guy from the main distribution was actually quite negative about the suitability and continued to insist that it wouldn't work in my garden.

Thankfully the guys at the Smart and Secure Centre wasn't having any of it, thay asked me what I wanted to do, I said I want the mower and that I didn't have any faith in the notion that it wouldn't work in my garden. Jamie the chap who lead in my instalation agreed with me and believed it would work.

Anyway long story but definatly worthy of recording.

Jamie a qualified electrician came and wired my garden up a few weeks prior to fitting the mower, I'm really pleased to say he did an extremely professional job working in such a way to ensure wiring was hidden where possible, he even fitted a double socket for me so I could plug other garden equipment in rather than having to run extension leads in the house.

A few weeks later the guys from Smart and Secure arrived at the agreed time and started to lay the robot cable around the gardens along with the mower base station.

Jamie from the Smart and Secure Centre helped me to load the app for the mower and then set it up to work in my complex garden and then did a test run of the mower, they then gave me comprehensive tuition on how to use the app and mower before leaving.

It's true to say the mower was having a few issues but it's important to note this was nothing to do with anything the Smart and Secure Centre were responsible for or the mower, but rather the absolute complexity of my garden.

Smart and Secure were absolutly brilliant I imagined that once I'd paid for the mower I'd have been left to sort my own problems but this couldn't be further from the truth, Jamie was amazing and his commitment to customer service and satisfaction was and is truley evident. I called Smart and Secure a number of times following the instalation and they always came out with solutions to resolve my issues, they colud have easily washed their hands of it once the purchase and fit was complete but they didnt. If im honest I'd have expected perhaps once or twice and maybe a small charge but they have never charged me for after service. I would whole hartidly recommend Smart and Secure, but they arnt just lawn mowers, they supply and fit quality security gates, High specification CCTV at really affordable budgets, intruder alarms etc etc. They are big enough to serve well and yet small enough to Care. And here's the great thing I even recieved an email from Smart and Secure to ask me how the mower was going and that they are just a phone call away should I need any help, now that's what I call Gold standard service.

You will note my review dates a few days ago but actually it's about good, consistent service from a company that serves their customers for as long as is needed. In my case a little over 2 years. Thank you Jamie and Smart and Secure Centre.

Up date. Forgot to mention. My mower started to play up recently, 2 years after purchase, Jamie arranged for me to drop it off at their store where he parked it up and sent it for repair at no cost to me. It was discovered that the batterie was faulty which they changed, again at no cost to me normally £250. Amazing service. Thank you Smart and Secure.

I have recently purchased a product from SSC. The product came to my house as expected but there was a problem. Dduring shipment, there was a problem with certain products that I have ordered. Long story short, I have a lovely personal CR who communicates with me and supports me throughout. I have managed to resolve the problem in the end and I would like to thank them for that. This was no side fault only the delivery in my opinion. The customer service was professional, supportive and timely in responding.

Thank you for the help. I appreciate this and will purchase again soon because of the experiance I had.
