Absolute crooks who have not complied with consumer protection laws when dealing with my case. I ordered a size 9 shoe and they sent size 8 which predictably were too small. They expected me to pay for the return and then changed their mind and provided a QR code. They then deducted £5 for the return of the product even though it was their fault and they are now liable for both the delivery and return costs. Absolute crooks avoid avoid avoid.

Took my sliders weeks and weeks to arrive from HANDSOME DANS (which is apparently "slyk" and came from China. The quality is awful, the sizing is awful and their returns policy is "unable to return if worn"

What a bunch of scammers ordered 2 jumpers from Handsome Dan’s was told delivery would be by Royal Mail tracked but was then given some Chinese tracking and waited nearly a month before finally being told Hermes would now deliver who then left in an unsafe place so was stolen if delivered at all that is
Was told by handsome Dan this was my fault and that was that £70 out of pocket

I accendently order some shoes to my old address, I contacted them via 3mail 4 times to change the address but when they did reply it was too late. Crap customer service and now no shoes I'm seeking to get my money returned

Bought a pair of the Hendo's and can honestly say they're less durable than a crap pair of slippers. I left a message on the Handome Dans Facebook profile, and instead of them discussing it, they blocked me from being able to comment anymore.

Not a very nice company and low quality products.

Why is there not a zero star or minus. Handsome Dan’s are a con, They present products that are available on other sites, Joom, Wish etc for much less. Don’t be conned by the ‘discounts’ the price is still way more than the other sites. Dilivery times are the same as the big discounted online sites. Stay well clear of these conning b******ds

Anybody who deals with Slyck or Handsome Dan's needs their head examining. These two connected firms are selling Chinese knock off rubbish. Everything is manufactured, and shipped from China. Hence long delays or goods not even arriving. And when it does eventually arrive it's rubbish. Avoid like the plague

I just received my fake leather jacket please you not buying leather jacket for handsons Dan's because Real fake not leather. I just returned today so embarrassing company please stop

Handsome Dans are linked to and associated with Slyck (check your PayPal or credit card statement) and led by the same person.

I offered HD the opportunity to resolve the issue without resorting to leaving a review. I ordered a jacket, no hint of any delay at the point of ordering (not even a Covid delay note) and was given a Royal Mail tracking code which said RM were waiting on the item being received by them.

This went on daily for nearly 2 weeks. Despite some woolly assurances from HD (note, it is never a named person who responds) it is on the way I got fed up of excuses and waiting so invoked my right as a consumer to cancel within 14 days.

HD said this couldn’t be done when it is transit (not what the law says) as they would be down the cost of said item and they can’t have it diverted elsewhere but again, it’s 100% on the way.

Despite the surprising and recent flurry of positive reviews here, I would strongly avoid.

Top tips:
1. Use PayPal, they will find in your favour with this seller when you need to cancel
2. If you’re reading these reviews and getting nervous, cancel the order now as long as it is within 14 days of you paying. Make use of PayPal and credit card chargebacks.
3. Quote the law and look up the Distance Selling Regulations (unlike HD)
4. Report to your local trading standards team. The more people report, the clearer the picture.

Finally yet unsurprisingly, as the item was definitely, 100% on the way and couldn’t be cancelled in transit, it’s never arrived. Maybe that’s because Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the item when I checked today 😂

Handsome Dans HD anarchy jacket in Black, more Grey than Black and the sizing is not the best. Arrived with a damaged zip for the "Hoodie" after almost two weeks of waiting. Unimpressed with the fact that it's fake leather and zero response to numerous emails telling of my concerns. I was asked to leave a review on their website which, surprise surprise has not been published. HD/Slyck is a Chinese company and are not based in Ireland. Although this is a nice design jacket it is certainly NOT worth the money I paid for it. I would recommend that you buy from elsewhere and avoid this un scrupulous seller.

Absolutely superb quality and fit. The price was excellent as well ! I can't recommend highly enough. Company got back to me in minutes when I enquired about delivery time. 8-10 days is superb delivery during Covid. The other reason I know it looks great is the fact that my wife, who is a harsh judge of my clothing, said "It's the best I've seen you look in 10 years !"

Ok bit disappointed 😔 that there were no Comms and wondered if this was a scam site - I’ve changed the 1 to a 4.

Goods arrived and it’s a striking jacket - not sure how the wear and tear is - but unfair for such a low score as I thought nothing might arrive.

Received the three automatic dispenser, 2 months ago .Two off the dispenser have stopped working can you advise or send replacements I awsi your reply

Avoid at all costs. I bought from Handsomedans.co.uk and this is the company I was billed by. They make it super easy to buy. Promise 48 hour delivery and free returns, say customer service is their top priority but I experienced the following issues. Weeks of shipping delays from China before Royal Mail got involved (at which point 48 hour delivery was achieved). The returns process is a simple slip to print telling me to ship as Royal Mail small package - the parcel was the size of a large pillow and cost £25 to send back tracked.. Their customer service summarily ignored multiple emails I sent. Would only respond enquiries to the Contact Us page with short one line responses ignoring most of what I was asking. Ignored multiple and explicit requests for a phone call with me. The joke being they state how important Customer Service is to them at the top of the contact us page and state ‘don’t leave us bad reviews before we have a chance to resolve issues’. They’ve failed to post my 1star reviews on their product pages and have reported my 1 star review of Handsomedans.co.uk on Trust Pilot.
Once this company has your money don’t expect an easy ride, they have been evasive and I have had to seek action via my credit card provider.
I was sucked in by all the reassurances which gave me the confidence to buy.
All in all a significant waste of my time chasing for refunds and dealing with the bank. I wish I had never clicked on the Facebook ad....

DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.. NOT LEATHER AT ALL..they say they dispatch from Ireland but the clothing is leather look RIP offs not leather.And it comes from CHINA. Customer service is disgracefull they stop replying to you when you catch them out about telling lies about shopping from Ireland and the item IS NOT LEATHER..
Horrible experience and they need to be exposed to Trading standards and Pay Psl need to be informed.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even one star is too generous for them I would give them MINUS 100 STARS

avoid this shop. it is based in china and full of lies. items take about 3 weeks to arrive and then not at all as described. will look to paypal for refund. the items can also be found on ebay for cheaper price and sold from uk

I got drawn in with SLYCK because they said the item s were made in the U K .Only ordered recently but already dissatisfied with their attitude they tell lie after lie. These people are wise guys out to make a quick buck at innocent peoples expense
items are are made abroad.Asked them to Refund
purchase price but have had no reply. Contacted my credit card company who are investigating.Wish i'd never heard of SLYCK .Please stay away from them
or suffer like the rest of us

Worst company ever ordered my leather jacket 3 weeks back after saying 1 to 5 days delivery and after reading reviews expecting plastic jacket and when e mail them only e mail back if they can be bothered

Not real leather and not made in UK! It was shipped from China! The jacket that eventually came was okish but misleading to description on website will not use again !
