So far, it couldn't have been much worse. Placed an order for a new cover for my existing knee pillow, which had a broken zip, as I have a hospital stay soon. Never received any acknowledgement or order confirmation so sent them a message. Eventually after many days I got a response stating that they were out of stock & they might get new stock soon or I could have a refund. When were they going to let me know?? I replied saying I would like to continue with the order (otherwise my pillow is pretty useless) but again - no response, no confirmation and no idea if or when I might get this item. Obviously it won't be for when I needed it anyway. Pretty poor service.....

Very pleased with prompt delivery. As yet not sure how the pillow will help with my hip problem. I’m hopeful.

I had no confirmation of my order or order no - no information on delivery and had to waste my time emailing to find out- which I didn’t!

Order was a simple process, had updates on delivery at relevant stages, delivery on time … good old royal mail … use it or lose it !!

I must admit to being rather sceptical at first regarding buying online, having being caught out by other websites that were not entirely honest or reliable. However, having researched Slumbar.co.uk I took the plunge and ordered a back stretcher. At first I thought I'd fallen for another questionable online purchase as I paid for my item but received no order number or confirmation. But wait!

I'm delighted to say, that couldn't have been further from the truth! I contacted Slumbar after a couple of days regarding my concerns and they were brilliant! Tom got back to me right away and let me know that my item was ready for despatch. My back stretcher was with me within 24 hours! Very impressed with this customer care and also, the back stretcher too. Excellent!😊

Received this pillow 5 days ago and have had 5 great nights . Unlike memory foam pillows I have tried before , I find this comfortable regardless of which position I sleep in. The cool side is fantastic.

The product arrived within 3 days of ordering. I have only used the pillow once, since it arrived yesterday, but it certainly meant I woke this morning with considerably less pain.

Delivery was quick and the pillow is excellent no smell when you open from packing like some memory foam products 👍
