Their customer service is top notch.

However, most of their products like zopiclone / zolpidem are brilliant and work very well.

Their diazepam or valium is frequently weak or fake.

ordered once, everything was fine.
ordered again on january 1st. paid invoice on 5th january.
parcel got lost.
asked for a refund.
they refused point blank for weeks.
then finally in 2nd february they sent another package [which i no longer needed as i had sourced elsewhere].
so now i ended up with a bunch of painkillers that i no longer need as my illness has cleared up.
very poor customer service.
very bad communication.
a simple refund would have sorted everything out once they admitted my parcel was lost.
very disappointed.
will not use these guys again, theyre greedy and unhelpful.

Fantastic company. Used several times now and just placed another 4 orders. Product always arrives on time, within 4 days, and always genuine. I think the people on here writing negative reviews are actually competitors and are trying to steal their business.

Looking forward to my next orders arriving.

i have nothing negative to say great service,fast deliveries,got me out of a hole due to government cutbacks,the only thing i would say is out of everything ordered one in particular didnt work for me at all,process of elimination but im happy overall thanks slpuk

Don’t buy from this website, the pills are fake. Simple as that. I’ve done it twice now and honestly they’re just fraudsters. Whoever wrote the positive review I assure you they are fake. Just like their pills. Go elsewhere. You can take as many of their diazepam as you like and they do absolutely nothing. You’ve been advised.

Excellent, no issues what so ever. Everything arrives and works. Very pleased with the service.

They tell me my items were despatched on the 26th and yet nothing. I am somewhat concerned. They tell me they are awaiting a tracking number and yet I just checked online and its really easy to do this if you are the sender. I cannot track the parcel and these people just send me back generic emails and the Edinburgh number is out of action. The 020 number works and the lady was very polite but said call again tomorrow! Why can't they just get the tracking number??? Its easy. Not used these folk for a long time and am starting to regret it. Why say package takes 2-4 days? I paid them promptly a week ago and nothing is yet to arrive.
Update! They arrived today. Just say it will take a week guys!

Delivery was fast and came no problems.

But the Diazepams 10mg are not legit. I've taken 6 of these today and the reason I did was because the first two had zero affect. Took 4 more and still nothing. Gutted really because I really was hoping they would help me through the next few weeks.

Contacted support and I get this generic response...

That's what was replied to a question about me being unhappy about the product I received.

I placed an order on Sunday and the items arrived on Wednesday. Top-notch service from a company I've used for years. I've always found then to be entirely trustworthy.

Iv ordered about 25 orders of these people. Never let down ever. The xanax for 1mg are really good. As is the diazepam. Waiting time can be a day or 2 longer but worth it for not rubbish chalk. Defo recommend..

I have used this company many times and can only recommend them in every way. It does help if you send a screenshot of your payment to them (which they do advise you to do), but I can only say the product is always first rate and arrives promptly. A1 all round.

This is my third order I now trust this vendor, got what I ordered for on previous occasions.
