I love these products.

Firstly, I have rosacea and wine has serious consequences for my skin. After a sip of wine my skin will flare up - red, burning, itchy. But not with this wine. I have zero flare up with this product. I have bought the sparkling white and red. Both taste amazing and have no consequences for my rosacea - very happy customer.

I really can’t understand why SLW reviews aren’t excellent Well, I think they are !!!! The service is excellent good communication and deliveries are spots on. You can track them by the minute.
I’ve got nothing to say, but admiration The red wine from SLW La Rossa Is absolutely excellent a dry obviously because of low sugar beautiful tasting wine and it has a cork and a dark stained bottle not like the normal bottles proper quality just like the best olive oil, you can buy on the market I never buy cheap Service has been impeccable if you want to reduce your calories and sugar content Definitely check these guys out They are connoisseur’s
And one of the most important thing It’s the only company that displays on the label at the back of the bottle that I know of that displays a comprehensive breakdown per 100 ml

Ordered 6 sparkling wines for my mother's birthday - she's Diabetic and was so happy. Order came quick and no damages and Katey from customer service was quick to respond to any queries. Got tracking info sent via text day after ordering so could keep my eye on it. Was initially hesitant from the bad reviews but it seems like there's been a management shift and the customer service and delivery couldn't of been better. Will be ordering again!

Red wine delicious. However in my 2nd order 4 bottles had a crumbling cork. Emailed & called and no response. Won't be ordering again.

Average wine, don't want anymore, but getting constantly harassed with text messages I can't block. There must be a law against this.

I was a bit concerned having read these reviews after placing an order, but nothing to have worried about. Got confirmation email after order, but no delivery date specified so emailed customer service to ask for despatch date. Prompt response from Katey confirming order had already been despatched (next day, 24 hour tracked). Goods arrived. Red wine was great. Better than expected for such a low cal zero carb wine. Going to try sparkling next. Very good overall

My wife had one order. Wine OK but didn’t feel we wanted another order. Since then I have been receiving unwanted texts from them. The frustrating thing they don't provide an unsubscribe facility. I’m playing the GDPR card and going to sue them due to their unacceptable practices.

Very seedy business at best. We ordered wine from them ONCE two years ago, as we were doing keto and wanted a low carb alternative. Honestly, it was so bad we'd rather go without alcohol than drink this. Them began the nightmare of their aggressive unsolicited marketing tactics. They send unsolicited SMS from various dubious platforms where there is no number to block, already unsubscribed once from their mailing list a while back, only to be added back some time later without my consent. After them sending me unsolicited texts I can't unsubscribe from on 26/10, 10/11, 2x on 25/11 and 26/11 (today), I'm really fed up. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Placed my second order on the 8th June and expected delivery within 3 days, however 8 days passed and had still not heard from the company. I chased 8 days later to be informed that the bottles were broken in transit (2 boxes of 6 so I’d suggest it unlikely that both boxes contents broke) - they didn’t bother informing me by the way and I had to chase. They then said that the Prosecco was “out of stock” and they would refund and then send the 6 bottles of Rose (I declined this option) - let’s see if I get the refund as it appears others have struggled from what I have read.

You cannot speak to their customer service as it goes direct to voicemail.

This is the second time I’ve been let down by Slimwine and thought I would give them another chance (never again).

Review on the wine - the Red is truly horrendous 2.1 on Vivino says it all

White - was just drinkable

Rose - wouldn’t know as have not received

Prosecco - my wife liked it due to the fact of zero calories and said she could sacrifice a half decent taste in order to save on Sugar intake

Summary - great concept, however poor execution in both quality and service

Lovely product however the company and its practices leave a Very bad taste.
The “head honcho” Paul is reactionary, poorly educated and new money. His dealings with the shares and the debacle they caused themselves with nefarious claims was nothing short of fraudulent.
Frankly avoid it and drink oyster bay.

Lovely wine but waited so long to drink it!
Ordered 6 bottles of the sparkling rose on the 1st April. Delivery is supposed to be 2-3 working days. After just over 2 weeks I contacted them to say it hadn't arrived, to be told it was damaged in transit and a replacement order would be sent out that day. Another week goes by and still nothing so I contact them again to be told the same thing and that my order would be dispatched that day and that I would receive a refund for my inconvenience. My order did eventually arrive a couple of days later, but refund is yet to materialise. I won't hold my breath. Such a shame as the wine is lovely and if it wasn't for the hassle I'd gladly order it again. When you order such things for special occasions and it does not turn up in time it's very disappointing indeed.

The sparling wine is lovely, however the website is poor, delivery so so slow, the customer care is pretty poor, and their response to any kind of criticism seems to be defensive and lacking in any kind of apology. Such a shame really as I would always usually prefer to shop with independent businesses but
I'll just be ordering via amazon or tesco from now on. Dealing with SLM Wines directly is painful.

The sparkling white wine is entirely acceptable and widely available in Tesco stores.

The white wine is just about drinkable but I won’t buy it again.

The red is simply awful - only fit to use for cooking.

I would give the wine 5 stars. I have tried the red and sparkling. However, I give customer care 1 star. The company do not answer emails, messages via their website or Facebook message. I have tried to contact them several times over the past 2 years.

Ordered 6 bottles of rose and very quick delivery. Obviously not sweet as its sugar free but quite palatable. Was pleasantly surprised by it so ordered 12 with a nice discount code. Definitely recommend for a no guilt 12% wine. Will buy white and red as well for gifts for diabetics and slimmers.
