Jody makes his nutritional plans, adaptable, fkexible and fun. He offers excellent support and gentle encouragement in a non judgemental way. He genuinley wants people to suceed but also to be relaxed and have fun.

Jody trully is like a big brother. He is there to support you when you need it and can be firm when you need that as well. He knows what's he's talking about can can always offer suggestions when you are struggling.

Jody is friendly and makes you feel very welcome. He is very knowledgeable and will help in any way he can. He is inclusive of all and non judgmental. He is very good at keeping classes very reasonably priced so affordable to all. He also finds and shares lots of local bargains and offers in supermarkets to keep costs down for clients.
