Fast delivery, beautiful product

Inaccurate Delivery Time

Delivery was supposed to take 3-4 days. 7 days later I’m still waiting. Good response to initial enquiry. Have requested a refund, but so far haven’t had a reply.

Thank you so much for the fantastic hammock set. It arrived quickly and sleepy hammock provided great customer service and help. The hammock is really good quality, sturdy stand and strong yet soft comfy material with plenty of room for one or two. It was easy to assemble and comes with a carry bag. I am very happy, thank you.

I bought a hammock and stand. Website easy to navigate with useful info about products (as i've never even sat in a hammock before). Email from boss of company advising 2 separate deliveries. Both items arrived within 3 days and are brilliant. Top quality.

Ordered a double (huge by the way!) hammock and stand for the garden. Fantastic quality, stand is solid pine and I'm confident it'll last for years. Really pleased with it, ordered on the Monday and we had it for the weekend.

Had a small issue with my hammock which was dealt with to my satisfaction by Aaron. Finish in parts was not what I expected. Replacement parts were sent with minor marks on. Aaron dealt with the emails in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to deal with. Company is excellent for customer care and will do all they can to resolve the issue. Well done.

just received my hammock only ordered it 3 days ago. amazing service and great customer service emails are answered within a day. What a great product 6 different height settings quick and easy to assemble. I am really pleased with it the quality and comfort is brilliant. I had a slight problem with my order but it was resolved so efficiently I forgot I had a problem. As for the hammock I ordered, sterdy, comfortable and light as a feather if I ever have a need for another hammock I know where IL be coming 😁

Purchased a hammock with a stand for my husband to enjoy summer. Parcel arrived much quicker than expected. Assembly was super easy. Finish product sturdy, pretty and very very comfortable. Hammock looks great and we are very pleased with it. But what earned this company a 5 star review is a customer service!!! - Accidentally the colour of the hammock stand was not the one I've ordered. I didn't mind, as it still looked great. But the day after delivery I received a phone call from sleepyhammocks.co.uk with apology for the mistake. I said I don't mind, and don't really want to send it back... Still I was offered a partial refund simply for the colour mixed up. Even though the product itself is in excellent condition and I am very pleased with it. All this was an initiative of the sleepyhammock.co.uk. If I ever need more hammocks I would never buy anywhere else!!!

Brilliant service. Facing an issue when the hammock I wanted was no longer available the customer service team went out of there way to source me a like for like hammock to meet my request. Quick delivery and fabulous company who go out of there way.
