A baby that can sleep independently …

I initially joined Hannah’s Facebook community and workshop when my son was 7 months old as the only way he would nap was on the move (pram or buggy) and couldn’t self settle. I followed the steps in her free workshop and he was self settling within 3 weeks and has done ever since ( he is now nearly 2.5 years old). I have found Hannah’s advice invaluable throughout - supporting with early wake ups and behaviour!

I have recently had a second baby who has just turned 14weeks. I undertook Hannah’s newborn course when my daughter was just days old as I didn’t want to make the same bad habits I did with my son( fed to sleep, wouldn’t self settle, needed motion , slept on us etc) as with a toddler at home I needed a baby who can sleep independently. The course was invaluable in cementing how to start off our journey with good sleep havits and how to maximise daytime calories. She is amazing self settles for all naps and bedtime and re settles herself overnight to the point I am waking her at 7am.

I will continue to utilise Hannah’s courses both paid and free when I feel I need them. Thank you Hannah!

I booked onto Hannah’s sleep course for…

I booked onto Hannah’s sleep course for my 4 month old and I can’t recommend it enough! Baby has self settled to sleep all week and has resettled himself back to sleep throughout the night. He also slept 8 hours with no comfort feed which has never happened before.
Thank you for your help! When we started the course I was getting up up to 10 times a night and half of those were feeds, me and my partner were both exhausted.

Hannah’s free sleep workshop was a game…

Hannah’s free sleep workshop was a game changer! Whenever we tried sleep training it caused crying and uncertainty. Hannah’s free workshop gave us a plan and confidence to keep progressing. I moved from feeding my baby to sleep to putting him down awake in his cot. We started Hannah’s free workshop with our 6 month old and from 7.5 months we’ve been having full nights sleep without any milk! We now have evenings to ourselves without worrying what time we’ll get woken up. Hannah has been so supportive and approachable, answering lots of questions on different topics from sleep queries to weaning. We can’t thank Hannah enough! Life got so much happier and easier since we’ve been having full nights sleep!

Amazing sleep coach

Hannah gave me the confidence to change things up from boob feeding to sleep to independently sleeping. Baby during day would nap in cot on side independently sucking thumb but would fall asleep on boob to sleep for bed. During Hannah's free sleep workshop in September she advised to have the confidence baby and you can change for sleep. It toon a few nights for baby to realise was not a nap but now not only does she sleep for bed independently, I can lie her on her back and she will independently sleep! Next step is change from crib to cot and naps to lie on back rather than side. So so grateful to Hannah as I hadn't of been part of the workshop I would still be boob feeding to sleep wondering how to change this! Thanks Hannah so much!

My baby will finally sleep!!

Before starting Hannah's baby sleep course, I co-slept with my 8-month old would wake every hour in the night and was so appalling at napping that she could be awake for 7 hours during the day. Even taking her in the car or pram didn't work. She was also crying out for a breastfeed when presented with food. We tried everything.

After completing Hannah's course, I can now lie my little one down in her cot and let her go to sleep by herself for naps and at bedtime. She also sleeps through the night!

I honestly never thought my little one would ever sleep well and questioned how we could possibly have another child, but we now have a good sleeper and a good eater. We also have baby no.2 due any day now!

Hannah's support has been invaluable and we could not be more appreciative. :) Thank you, Hannah!!

My baby sleeps through the night

I have struggled with the lack of sleep for 14 months. My baby kept waking every 2-3 hours at night to feed. I applied Hannah’s sleep training techniques and omg doesn’t my LO sleep? My boy sleeps now 8pm till 6:30/7am. I’m like a new woman. I’ll be forever grateful to Hannah for helping me. I am also a member of the parenting club with Hannah, which is amazing. You never feel alone. There’s always Hannah or someone else there to answer your question at any time of the day. I can’t recommend Hannah’s sleep training course enough. The best thing about it is that it’s gentle and it doesn’t involve leaving your baby to cry but instead you’re making very subtle changes every few days and you look forward to the next step until your baby is sleeping. Thank you Hannah.

WOW!!!

We’ve just completed, the amazing workshop that Hannah presented at the end of September. One word… WOW!!!
I didn’t expect, to come away, feeling as empowered & determined as I do now.

At the moment, I feel we now have the information to attempt sleep teaching our 5 month old with the tools from this workshop. However, it’s amazing to know that if we do need more help, Hannah offers some amazing courses, which we will bear in mind!

Detailed and understandable

Hannah has made this very easy to understand, it’s detailed and I have learnt a lot. It’s exactly the sort of sleep training I was looking for and I feel very well informed. Feeling much more confident.

121 support with Hannah

After doing a free workshop, we decided to take the plunge and do 121 with Hannah as we liked her approach and felt she was clearly very knowledgeable. We decided to do 121 as we had concerns about weight gain / allergies too. Hannah was brilliant throughout, we noticed some really positive changes very quickly (from waking 10 times a night and being fed back to sleep every time, to waking 2-3). The food help was invaluable (much better than NHS Dietician support). We did hit many obstacles, Otis started nursery, lots of new teeth and ALL the nursery germs going, but we were able to pause where we were and get back on track when ready. Towards the end we were able to progress without much guidance from Hannah, because we’d already learnt so much and cannot believe he is now going to sleep independently and sleeping through the night. It’s been 45 days (not that I’m counting 🤣) and he’s slept through when we’ve slept elsewhere too. We’re both still in shock and genuinely felt we’d have years of navigating bad sleep.

If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely say go for it! It’s made such a huge difference to our lives - thank you Hannah 💛

Best sleep advice for babies

Hannah has been a massive help with helping me teach my baby to self settle, her free workshop was fantastic and she was so good at answering loads of questions from me without making me feel daft or like I was bothering her! Her training really has been a gentle method and I have seen huge changes in my baby's sleep without leaving him to cry alone (which my soft heart wouldn't let me do!)

Excellent free workshop

I attended Hannah’s free workshop recently and literally in 2 days I feel more confident and hopeful that my wee one will get into a more positive routine. Hannah is patient and understanding and takes the time to explain things to you. I have applied all the skills she has taught and by taking these little steps my baby is more adaptable to change. I look forward to the masterclass this evening and would recommend the workshops to others.

We have been following Hannah's free…

We have been following Hannah's free workshops on Facebook for our 13 week old to try and get her to be able to fall asleep on her own. The sessions have been so useful, Hannah has a great background that makes her more than qualified to be teaching about sleep - the sessions have been very informative and reassuring. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful advice on a platform accessible to so many, would highly recommend!

Great start to a new sleep journey

I joined Hannah's most recent free sleep course and I can not believe the difference in such a short space of time. My daughters sleep has never been brilliant and will only sleep independently for a very short amount of time until she wakes and wants contact again. Using the advise and guidance hannah has given during the course I have been able to cuddle her back to sleep at times when she has woken during the night rather than feed. I have also been able to get her off to sleep just by laying next to her on my bed rather than rocking. For me this is a great first step and hopefully the first of many changes to her sleep. I'm looking forward to progressing further using Hannah's techniques

Hannah’s free workshop review

I have done Hannah’s free yes FREE workshop twice for both my boys. The process suited us perfectly especially for my first who was very strong willed and I didn’t want to try a cry it out method. The workshops are full of great advice and support which we implemented with great success. I also used her getting baby to take a bottle module which was great and again had full success. Would definitely recommend her if you have any sleep issues with your LO! Her sleep community if fb has also been really helpful to see others having similar issues and advice

Hannah is SO knowledgeable about baby…

Hannah is SO knowledgeable about baby sleep and babies in general. Her three day workshop has been such an amazing experience, I have learned so much about not only sleep but also about feeding & weaning. I am an extremely desperate sleep deprived mom of a beautiful 8.5 month old boy. We have tried traditional and attachment focused sleep training in the past and both haven’t worked for us. Through this workshop I have found some hope that it is possible for my son to learn to sleep better, I hope to continue to work with Hannah to better my sons sleep. I would definitely recommend Hannah to everyone.

Right approach for our family

I joined Hannah's paid course when our little one was 8 / 9 months, ahead of returning to work. We were co-sleeping, breastfeeding to sleep at day and night. We have attempted different tactics but suffered usual differences of opinions with my husband.
We both liked Hannah's straightforward but gentle approach, it made sense, gave us plenty of flexibility and move at our own pace. Weekly zoom calls were really helpful to discuss progress and readjust.
We've made a super progress, family and friends are very impressed with our evening routine and the way our little one can comfortably stay in her room falling asleep on her own.
We have a second one on the way now and we're looking forward to put some good habits in place a bit sooner. :-)

I can finally sleep !

I honestly don’t know where to start I first did Hannah’s free workshop when my daughter was around 6 months old and I decided to purchase the whole course we did well progressing however when my daughter became unwell and in hospital her sleep went from ok to awful. She would only want to sleep on me and cheek to cheek. If my husband put her bed and she knew I was around she would scream so much till she was sick even though he would be cuddling her. I was at my braking point by the time she turned 12 months and I contacted Hannah again and explained what was going on and enquired about a 1:1 session. I was so desperate I would have paid however Hannah reassured me I had access to the full course still, and if I wanted a little extra support the parenting club which was significantly cheaper would be an option and I didn’t need to pay for the 1:1. Over the last 4 weeks I have gone from her sleeping on me and honestly at my braking point, her waking up 3-4 times a night to me putting her in her cot, walking out the room and her falling asleep independently within 10 mins and sleeping though the night, well she may wake up but she settle herself back to sleep without me. I am so much happier she is happier and I honestly can’t believe how quickly she turned that corner.
Hannah has changed our lives and can’t recommend her enough

Best thing I did as a sleep deprived mum!

Hannah was so friendly, understanding and with us every step of the way. My son was not sleeping well and was breastfed. We went from 15 wake ups to him putting himself to sleep independently and sleeping through! We followed Hannah's steps and she was so supportive. We did the 1-2-1 with her and we still use the techniques she taught us now.

Confident parenting

As a first time mum, there was so much information out there about everything baby related I was feeling overwhelmed. A close friend told me about the sleep course she'd recently done with Hannah and seeing the benefits it had made in her little family, I was instantly hooked. My husband and I chose Hannah for guidance for our parenting questions and it's been the single best decision we made. Hannah is someone we feel we can trust and having done her sleep, weaning and potty training courses we are more confident parents.
