Using our expertise in oral surgery and dental techniques we aim to help chronic snorers and their partners find an affordable way to stop snoring and have developed the SleepPro System as an affordable and effective means of treating snoring. SleepPro, and our partner company MEDiTAS Ltd, have been involved with sleep diagnostics and treatment of sleep disorders and snoring since 1998 and have developed the SleepPro system jointly, using a mandibular advancement splint to its best advantage. Although we manufacture all the SleepPro devices in Britain we have an established distribution system across Europe, Australasia. the Far East and also throughout North America that holds stock permanently and in so doing minimises both delivery time and costs.

1.5mm Mouthguard and happy with it

I have the 1.5mm mouthguard and I am pleased with it.
I have used in the past the one 1mm mouthgard and was undecided it may be not comfortable but it is also comfortable.

Avoid at all costs. ..

Order 39895SP received with rough/damaged material on inside front of guard leading to damage/ulceration of the tongue after just 2 nights wear. I tried to contact the company but no response at all. Waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent MAD

Easy, quick service and any queries or questions were answered efficiently.
I received my sleep pro MAD and have not snired since. Comfortable and after a couple if nights i got used to it.

Item out of stock but not contacted about the issue

Item bought online turned out not to be in stock.

Seller never contacted me - I had to contact them to find out why nothing was sent over a week after the order.

They have now refunded me.

Fabulous!!!!

I highly recommend this fabulous company. I've been using night guards for years for teeth grinding, usually going to my dentist. This becomes expensive and each lasts about 4 to 6 months. I decided to try and save money and do it online and found sleep pro. After checking the reviews to see if legit- we all do this nowadays- I used the impressions the dentist used last time, which they give you after and end up putting in the bin, and sent them off. I then realised I hadn't specified what I wanted either upper or lower guard. This started the nicest email communication I have ever experienced with a business! Quick replies with humour and humanity and all in all just lovely people to deal with, yes I know unusual eh?! They kept me informed of the progress and answered any questions and were happy for me just to say hi. Communication was outstanding, arrived quickly and frankly so much better than the previous bought through the dentist and I feel these will last a lot longer too! I am already putting in another order for a spare after a special offer sent with my guard, all in all, amazing company with awesome people who do exactly what they say they do with humour, kindness and efficiency. Bravo Sleep pro.

10/10 customer service

10/10 customer service - there was a slight issue in that I ordered guards for upper and lower but only received one mould kit. Upon email, I had a very quick response and quick shipping out of the missing kit. Once I sent my moulds back, the team then sped up the production time for my order and used express shipping to ensure I had my guards in time for when I needed them. They went above and beyond to get this done for me (even considered offering personal delivery to me) and were very responsive, communicative, and transparent through out the process. They were also really friendly and thoughtful. Could not have asked for better and certainly never expected to be treated so well.
The guards received were great too - fit perfectly.

Teeth grinding saviour

I use sleep pro for their very thin mouth guard for sleeping.
It's an exceptional product, perfect for everyday use and great for travel with the cases included. The mould was easy to use and the guard was great quality and a perfect fit! I have very bad bruxism so this is the 6th guard I've gotten from them and I would never go anywhere else. Their customer service is also incredible!

Really surprised to read the negative reviews, I have used this company several times and have nearly always been happy with the product. On the occasion that I wasn't, they were great at finding a resolution for me. I will definitely continue using and recommending them.

Fantastic and personal customer service that supported initial fit problems which resulted in a device that is both comfortable and effective in preventing chronic snoring. Simply the best!

Excellent products, prices and customer service. Have placed three orders with SleepPro over three years and the quality is consistently high. My partner has had a nightguard fitted by city dentist, at 3x the price, which then required a recasting. If you can follow the custom mouthpiece instructions at home, or send some in done elsewhere, you'll never turn back!

Issue, but good customer service

I bought the contour which was an improvement on other devices, but on the 3rd occasion when I tried to mold it the gel ran and started to stick to the bowl I was using. I am not sure if there was any confusion initially as I can only say the response was positive and genuine when they got back to me. Things can go wrong, but I have experienced poor customer service in the past from companies. SleepPro have excelled in this matter and despite the issue I had the contour is certainly worth a try compared to other devices in this price range.

Regarding the contour device, I appreciate you bringing the issue with the gel to our attention. While I'm relieved to hear it has been functioning okay since, your concern about its longevity is completely valid. We aim for every product to perform at its best for as long as possible, and it seems we've fallen short in this instance. I'd like to assure you that we will take immediate steps to address this to prevent similar situations in the future.

Customer service is the backbone of our company, and it's disheartening to learn that we failed to provide the support and responsiveness you, and evidently others, rightfully expect. Given the circumstances, I understand the hesitation towards purchasing a custom device from us. However, I'd like to offer you a special resolution for the inconvenience caused. Thanks to Sarah!!!!!

Took a while to get it as the first mould wasn't working but Sarah-JN was super helpful in getting me a new one immediately. I then made a mistake in sending the mould back without postage and she quickly resolved this and I now have my mouth guard! Customer service like this goes such a long way, I will be ordering again

I cannot fault the customer service

I cannot fault the customer service.
The team has been fantastic. I ordered a 3mm anti-bacterial guard but it turned out to be a bit too thick for me and was causing pressure on the front teeth. I mentioned this to them and they have swapped it for a thinner one without charging me extra. Communication has been very good and they generally reply very quickly. I have used them before and would 100% use them again. Very impressed.
