SleepNestHospitality.com took my wife's…
SleepNestHospitality.com took my wife's money, promised delivery four times over four months, and lied every single time.
My wife purchased the SleepNest 16-inch Platform Queen bed frame — a purchase she didn't make casually. Due to a back injury and chemical sensitivities, she spent considerable time researching before finding that this was the only frame on the internet meeting her specific medical requirements: steel powder-coated construction, adequate weight support, proper slat width and spacing, and no wire grid. After paying between $400–$700, she trusted SleepNest to deliver.
That was a mistake.
The broken promises, in order:
• Delivery promised: December 18–23, 2024 — never shipped
• Delivery promised: January 7–10, 2025 — never shipped
• Delivery promised: "absolutely within 2–3 days of February 9th" — never shipped
• Delivery promised: March 9, 2025 — never shipped
Today is March 13th. Nothing.
While waiting, my wife has been sleeping on an air mattress on the floor — moving it daily to prevent mold — in significant back and shoulder pain, with disrupted sleep and mounting psychological toll. She spent over $100 on a temporary solution that is noisy, hot, and inadequate for her condition.
SleepNest primarily sells bed frames to hotels in bulk. Individual customers like my wife are clearly an afterthought. Every broken promise came with a confident new date from their staff — not errors, not supply chain vagueness — just repeated, deliberate misdirection.
We are asking three things of anyone reading this:
1. Avoid SleepNest until they demonstrate they honor their commitments.
2. If you know of a steel powder-coated platform queen frame with solid wide slats, no wire grid, and adequate weight capacity for a specialty latex mattress — please share. It may genuinely help someone in chronic pain.
3. If you have any connection to SleepNest — as a vendor, distributor, or hotel buyer — we ask you to hold them accountable. A company that lies to individuals will eventually lie to you too.
My wife still hopes SleepNest will do the right thing. But she will recover her money one way or another. What they cannot give back is four months of pain, lost sleep, and broken trust.
