Sleeper Loop Great Product
I've been using Sleeper for quite a while but I've replaced with Sleeper Loop - longer cord, better earplugs that are comfy for side sleepers. Great product! -- I suffer from insomnia and anxiety, so being able to listen to white noise, music, etc while sleeping is a big help & private listening to guided meditation is great. I also share a home with someone older who would not tolerate my music!😊😎

Battery life is suuuuuuper short
Battery life is suuuuuuper short. It's got this chunky parts on the neckband that seem like they should hold a battery, but instead I get like two hours of play (and some standby time). Also, for earbuds designed for sleeping, the lowest volume setting is awfully high.
Love the form factor, but I feel like these issues mean I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

As for the volume level, currently we are not able to program lower volume due to limitation by the latest BT version. We are in the lookout to get it addressed as soon as BT allows lower volume level.

We regret to hear about your experience! The ear plugs are designed as a universal fit and may not fit properly in your ears. If you haven't already, please try rotating the plugs so that the curve of the plugs match the curve of the ear canals to see if the seal improves. Sometimes it also helps to pull the upper outer part of the ear outward as you insert the ear plugs, to allow a deep insert.

Blinking blue light is awful
The pros: succeed quickly, setting up bluetooth connection was easy, buds are comfy
The cons: connecting cord coils weirdly, but hopefully this will relax with time; almost fatal flaw--there's a blinking blue light when headphones function. If I'm trying to go to sleep, a blinking light is the last thing I need--plus it's distracting to bedmates (one of the reasons I got these was to listen to podcasts when my kids wake up with nightmares and want me with them for a bit--but I can't use them for that because of the light). I've covered it with several layers of masking tape which helps.
Editing to note that I'm requesting black-out sticker per response to review. Bumping up from 3 stars to 4 on the assumption that it works....

I ordered wireless earbuds but received wired ones. These are useless to me since my new phone is Bluetooth only.
It's unclear if the hassle of returning is worth the cost.

I like the way they do work with a lot of effort to make sure that they can't fall out. They have to be the right install and then it takes a few attempts and they are quite effective once placed in the ear 👂

Absolutely the best ear buds/plugs for sleeping! They are soft, comfortable and really block noise! If you need a break from someone who snores, these are exactly what you need, I sleep so sound! Also, I had a small mix up with the last pair I ordered and customer support was the most helpful CS I've ever experienced! They are the best! Thank you for taking care of me and my mistake! Perfect Sleeping Companion
Thanks to Sleeper Wireless Earbuds, I've got the best sleep of my life and then some!
Sound quality blocks most, if not all sound from my environment for a restful sleep. The earbuds also sit comfortably in the ear regardless of your sleeping position; as a side-sleeper, I don't feel any discomfort at all.
I love the quick charge time of 1.5 hours, it feels like no time at all for the amount of battery life they provide for every use. Plus they shut off after 15 minutes of inactivity to preserve your battery life. I have only needed to recharge them once during a whole week!
I also enjoy the overall design with the neck band + short cords; no chance of tangling them and risking cord damage at night.
Even when these eventually go out, I plan to order another pair of these to replace them!

They were very good ear plugs. I just have sensitive ears and have come to the conclusion that after trying so many, yours being the last. I can't use them.
