These headphones are very comfortable and the sound is great. They would be perfect if it weren’t for the fact that even when fully charged at around 5 hours they tell you battery is low which wakes me up. I’d be fine if they just died, but it announces battery low several times before dying. I contacted the company and never heard back. I was hoping there was a way to turn off the notification or that I’d just gotten a defective pair.

I was really excited about finally getting earbuds for sleep since i have sleeping issues. Less than two weeks of light use and the right bud started flickering. To be honest, didn't want to get a replacement since they weren't a good fit for my ears, they were falling off all the time during the night and the sound quality was pretty poor. (Compared with another 12$ Bluetooth buds that are much better quality but I can't sleep with them).
Anyway, I asked for a refund and the customer service answered quickly, that I had to send them back on my own expense to have them evaluated before they can consider refunding.
Bummer to be faced with this kind of customer service. At least have the decency to send me a pre-paid label for receiving a defective unit...
Another issue I had with the design is that the blue light indicating the buds are on is so bright and blinking right next to my face, so I have to sleep with a sleep mask to not be bothered with it.
Overall I can't recommend these and I'll keep looking for a better sleep buds.

Shipping was fast, and the wired earbuds are extremely comfortable. Very happy with both purchases, and have already recommended to friends.

I have used many different earbuds for sleep. The best noise cancelling ones are uncomfortable and the best fitting ones do not block out sound. The Sleeperbuds are a game changer. They fit comfortably and block sounds. I've had the best sleep in a long time since I've started using them and I use them every night.

The earbuds are comfortable and easy to operate. It was a slight pain getting my Samsung Bluetooth to connect, but it worked out. This would be a five-star review if the left earbud didn't immediately develop a short.

Comfortable but the sound could be better. They do keep out most of the noise.

These are the most comfortable earphones I've ever owned. I have trouble finding earbuds that don't hurt. I forget I'm wearing these.

Update: I now have the instructions and have paired, but only get sound from the left earbud.

Arrived with no English instructions and no manual could be located online. I have no idea how to connect to Bluetooth and cannot use.

Very comfortable which was my main concern. Drawbacks are that there’s a little flashing light all night, unless that’s something I can turn off and just haven’t figured out how. Also, lowest volume setting is still a bit too loud to actually fall asleep to.

Great sound, balanced levels and great sound blocking - much higher quality then I expected for the price. Very snug and comfy, I never get annoyed with them in my sleep and they stay in all night. I've got PTSD and it is really incredible being able to get through the night listening to gentle music and not waking at every bump in the night.

So far so good! I've used the earbuds several nights and haven't woken up with ear pain like I have with other brands of earbuds. Sound is good, mic quality is good, cord length is nice. I purchased the gray and white earbuds and they look nice. The only suggestions I would make is that they could offer more colors in both the wired and wireless styles. Overall a really solid pair of earbuds! Super happy with my purchase!

These actually work! I’ve been looking for something to help drown out my husband’s snoring for years. With the sleeper wireless earbuds I can listen to a guided meditation and fall asleep much more easily. I have misophonia and the irrational anger my husband’s snoring was causing me, combined with the chronic exhaustion from not getting any sleep has been effecting everything in my life. I’ve slept so much better with these earbuds than I have In years, and I can seriously barely feel that I’m wearing them. You’ve created an excellent product!

Exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable for lying on my side. Decent sound. Blocks noise. Great product. I immediately bought another pair as a gift too.

Both sets are amazing. I had the wireless ones in all day and my ears were not hurting at all. The wired ones are great for when your wireless are charging and need a pair. Highly recommend them for people who listen to music while they are sleeping.

Buds are just a TOUCH too big for my ears, not super uncomfortable, but kinda wish we had detachable, variable sized buds on these.

3 stars cuz they fall out my ears. I thought I’d give these a shot cuz of their design. Price wasn’t to bad ether. I’ll keep eye on them in cases changeable ear bud comes out for Bluetooth ones.

This product is everything I wanted at a totally reasonable price. The actual earbud housing is soft and comfortable both for during they day use and going to sleep. It even came fully charged, which is unusual for products these days. Literally the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the wiring is a little long, so it gets in my face as I'm trying to fall asleep.

These earbuds are small and very well made. They were also shipped promptly! My only complaint is that I prefer the slim over-ear sleep headphones; my ears just do better with these if I leave them on for a long time. But this type of head phone is just too expensive — especially if you want a bluetooth version. For the money these Sleeper earbuds are a very good compromise. I've used them every night for a couple of weeks and they are comfortable and sturdy.

I received my headphone order and have been very pleased with them so far. I'm just concerned that the adapter to the cord fit remains nice and tight like it is right now. I've had others become loose then the sound is effected.

I was so excited to find this product. I have trouble falling asleep and going back to sleep after I wake in the night. Because I sleep with a partner turning on music to relax me doesn’t work because I’ll keep him awake. I was so disappointed in these headphones. They are easy to turn on and pair in the dark because of the voice prompts so everything was promising. That’s where the positives ended. The band that goes behind the neck is uncomfortable, the ear buds hurt if you are a side sleeper and the light flashes constantly, keeping your sleep mate awake.
