Deux ans après, je m'aperçois que la semelle se désagrège et tombe en poussière ! .. De la camelote faite avec du plastique bas de gamme... A ce prix là, une véritable arnaque.
Vous êtes tous contents d'avoir été livrés vite .. y'a pas que ça !!

-Vous dites que vos produits sont tous 100% cuir . C'est faux. Les Sledgers que j'ai n'ont pas de semelle en cuir. On dirait une sorte de mousse de plastique... voir photos.
- Effectivement je n'ai pas le ticket de caisse puisqu'il s'agit d'un cadeau ( Je peux vous dire que ma mère était furieuse quand elle a vu que la semelle se désagrégeait !)
- Vous dites que ces chaussures ont été beaucoup portées . C'est encore faux .Je ne les utilisais que pour faire de la musique sur scène, pas pour marcher !
- Vous ne voulez pas être menacés : Je ne vous menace pas, je décris simplement la réalité.
- Vous ne voulez pas être pris pour des imbéciles : Je ne vous prends pas pour des imbéciles puisque vous arrivez à vendre ce genre de chaussures ! :)
- Il y a des photos ici, vous pourrez constater de visu que ce sont bien des Sledgers et que la semelle n'est pas en cuir.

-You say that your products are all 100% leather. It's wrong. The Sledgers I have do not have a leather sole. It looks like a kind of plastic foam ... see photos.
- Actually I do not have the receipt as it is a gift (I can tell you that my mother was furious when she saw that the sole broke up!)
- You say that these shoes have been worn a lot. It's still wrong. I only used them to make music on stage, not to walk!
- You do not want to be threatened: I do not threaten you, I just describe the reality.
- You do not want to be mistaken for fools: I do not take you for fools since you get to sell this kind of shoes! :)
- There are pictures here, you will see firsthand that they are Sledgers and that the sole is not leather.

We take our manufacturing and our customers exceptionally seriously, in fact the materials and supplier base we use in the design and development process are essential in everything we do at Sledgers.
You sent us images of pictures of your shoes, with no receipt of your purchase or form of proof of purchase and the shoes looked to our quality control team as they had been completely worn out, it may well have been two years but by the pictures they look they have been worn 18 hours a day for 2 years. We do not use any plastic in any of our products, they are all 100% leather, in fact the entire shoe including the lining are all leather, so not sure where you get plastic from?
We take what we do seriously and this is certainly not a scam.
You did threaten us with bad publicity if we didn't address you complaint, however i am sorry to repeat myself and clearly state that unless proof of purchase was shared the shoes look to have had more than enough wear.
We always approach complaints in a transparent and open manner and often resolve complaints to ensure we maintain a good customer brand relationship, however we will not be threatened and treated like fools.
Thank you again for posting, sorry you feel this way, however i certainly believe the truth in these circumstances must be shared.

Nous prenons notre fabrication et nos clients exceptionnellement au sérieux, en fait les matériaux et la base des fournisseurs que nous utilisons dans le processus de conception et de développement sont essentiels dans tout ce que nous faisons à Sledgers.
Vous nous avez envoyé des images de photos de vos chaussures, sans réception de votre achat ou forme de preuve d'achat et les chaussures regardé à notre équipe de contrôle de la qualité comme ils avaient été complètement usés, il peut bien avoir été deux ans, mais par les photos qu'ils regardent qu'ils ont été WOR n 18 heures par jour pendant 2 ans. Nous n'utilisons pas de plastique dans l'un de nos produits, ils sont tous 100% cuir, en fait, la chaussure entière, y compris la doublure sont tous en cuir, donc pas sûr où vous obtenez en plastique de?
Nous prenons ce que nous faisons sérieusement et ce n'est certainement pas une arnaque.
Vous nous avez menacé de mauvaise publicité si nous n'avons pas répondre à votre plainte, mais je suis désolé de me répéter et clairement déclarer que, à moins que la preuve d'achat a été partagée les chaussures semblent avoir eu plus que suffisamment d'usure.
Nous abordons toujours les plaintes de manière transparente et ouverte et résolvons souvent les plaintes pour nous assurer de maintenir une bonne relation de marque client, mais nous ne serons pas menacés et traités comme des imbéciles.
Merci encore pour l'affichage, Désolé vous vous sentez de cette façon, mais je crois certainement que la vérité dans ces circonstances doit être partagée.

First of all, I had a pair of shoes long time ago, that I was wearing almost every day, until they died! But as they were so solid, it took long time to be worn out. It was so comfortable, that I looked for a new pair. Time passes, and one day I finaly found back, almost the same Sledgers! I bought them immediatly on the website, the delivery was fast! Thank you for your feedback. We are certainly sorry to hear you believe that the materials advertised are not used in the manufacturing process. This is incorrect. All of our products are hand made in Portugal at quality, long established factories. Can i suggest that you send some images to me on my personal e mail and i will review what i am able to through an image. Its challenging to review anything through e mail. Please send them to david@primereurope.com, upon receipt i will certainly try to establish what the issue is, although rest assured no corners have been cut in the manufacturing process. Perhaps you can also let me know when you send images where you purchased them through, if they are through our on line site we will take immediate action, ourselves, if its through another third party retailer or on line partners then your agreement is through them.
