Excellent quality and very fast delivery.
I ordered one of the rings a bit too big and I wanted it exchanged for a smaller one and it was easy-peasy. Customer service helped and in not more than a week I had new ring.
Will buy again, highly recommend!

Charged duties when I shouldn’t have been.
Placed an order for £87, website states you won’t pay duty and import fees under £135.
9.50pm the night before delivery day I get an invoice from FedEx stating I have £25 duty and import fees to pay. Contacted the seller and FedEx to ask why, initially got a response from the seller saying they’d contacted FedEx to rectify, FedEx have no record of contact from them and the seller has not responded since. Couldn’t even decline the order as I would still have to pay. So now stuck paying fees when I would never have ordered if I knew I’d have to.
For the price, the quality also isn’t great. It’s a nice design but I’ve paid the same for much heavier silver rings.
All round disappointing.
Updated to reflect resolution of fees. Took a while and It was hard to get confirmation of the fees invoice being cancelled and plenty of back and forth but eventually was resolved and the brand helped. Ideally the brand would have resolved the issue without me having to deal with FedEx which was a draining experience.

First of all, we’re really sorry for all the stress and confusion this caused you. The issue with the £25 duty and import fees was triggered on the courier’s side, not by any change to what was shown on our website or how your order was set up on our end. We have been in ongoing contact with FedEx Poland about your shipment, which is why FedEx UK support couldn’t see clear information at first about us having reached out - a frustrating gap in their internal communication.
What matters most now is that the situation has finally been resolved and no additional fees were applied in the end, exactly as it should have been from the beginning. We know it took far too much back and forth and that you had to put in time and energy you never should have had to spend, and we’re genuinely grateful that you stayed patient long enough for this to be fixed.
