Great oversight into flights
I was searching for reasonably priced flights to Europe and being able to monitor multiple options was great. When the perfect deal arrived I was able to snap it up pretty quickly. My hip pocket thanks me!

Always check other options before booking
The website made it very easy to compare costs of the flight. I was directed to a provider and duly booked thru that site.
When I had paid the travel fare I checked the providers own site and found a cheaper price for exactly the same flight. A bit disappointing and surprised as I would imagine that Skyscanner would get the best price possible. It always pays to check with a provider directly before committing to a fare.

Hi Tony
Thank you for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that the price with an airline or travel agent decreased after you had made a booking.
It's worth noting that airlines use dynamic pricing, so flight prices can change quickly based on availability and demand, and this is not something that Skyscanner’s influence.
When you are redirected from Skyscanner to the provider’s website, you will always see the current price available for the flight.
I hope this helps to clarify how flight prices can change.
Kind regards
Neil

Easy to find flights, no filter for Flexi
Easy to find flights, but really needed a way to filter for higher options like Flexi rather than cheapest class on a flight. I had to check each flight and then select Flexi option rather than the basic option.

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and letting us know that you'd like this function on Skyscanner.
It’s great to hear that you found it easy to search for flights on Skyscanner. We also understand how helpful it would be to have a filter for more flexible fare options, rather than having to check each flight individually to find a flexible fare.
At the moment, we don’t have a filter specifically for this, but your feedback is really valuable. I’ve shared your suggestion with our product team so they can take it into consideration as we continue to improve the search experience.
We’re continuously working on different projects, testing and experimenting to improve travellers' experience, so feedback from our regular travellers is very important to us. If you have any other ideas you would like to share with us, please get back in touch:
