On-line advice on printer setup
I have had problems with using a printer in wireless mode. The adviser was extremely patient and helped me through every stage of changing over to cable feed and checked that I understood the procedure. The problem was resolved completely

Always a helpful and friendly service! We have used Skynet for a couple of years and have always been happy with the service they provide. Calls are always answered and they go over and above to make sure they help us get back on track.

I would give Skynet 6 stars if possible, they have never failed to resolve any IT issues we have most issues are resolved within minutes of our support call, all the guys at Skynet are really helpful and go above and beyond the level of service we actually pay them for, great team, would thoroughly recommend them to any company looking for IT support.

Brilliant Service
We have used Skynet for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The guys there are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We know we can call them and they will sort out any problems or fix issues really quickly. Not only are they efficient and helpful but also a really nice bunch of guys.
