One component of an order I placed was unfortunately sold out. However, I received a prompt text message informing me and I simply selected another similar item and it was sorted at no extra cost 👌

Really good service and communication
After placing my order I was soon contacted to say that one of the items was now not immediately in stock so they gave me the option to wait and have it all delivered at one or they would send on the other item when they got it from the supplier. I opted to wait and got the order a few days later. No real inconvenience to me, and their quick response and communication throughout kept me informed, which is the key to great service.
I will buy from Sky Music again.
