I'm glad that I was able to get in touch with skyline and specifically with Frank he is the best in his work, I was not able to book my flight, but Frank taken care of everything 5 stars for his work.

I only wish I could give these clowns a negative 10! Worst travel experience that we have ever had. Period!
They are liars and deceitful! We are out over $400 and never got to take our vacation! BUYER BEWARE !!!

Absolute Scam, I have filed a BBB complaint, Skyline Travels LLC is a fraud, these people should be in prison. And they ruined my vacation!

I purchased the tickets through Skyline Travels LLC and cancelled them on the same day. Delta refunded $$ within 48 hours. Skyline Travels LLC told me the refund might take a month because they will have to receive $$ from the airline. It is a lie. Skyline Travels LLC charged my credit card directly. Delta had nothing to do with their charge!!!
Today is August 15th. I still don't see a refund. This organization is not replying on my emails ....

Terrible Experience with Skyline Company LLC - Scam and Poor Customer Service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Skyline Company LLC that I feel compelled to share. Three days ago, I purchased three ticket changes through their agency, and shortly thereafter, they charged my card. The reason given was a supposed change in the date of our tickets. However, on the day before our intended travel, we discovered that despite charging us, they never actually changed the date of our tickets.

What's worse is the appalling treatment we received when we contacted their customer service. The representatives we spoke to were incredibly rude and disrespectful. It felt like they were gaslighting us, continually insisting that they had sent emails and receipts that never arrived in our inbox.

As if that weren't bad enough, when we attempted to follow up, they went so far as to block our numbers. We resorted to calling from different phones, only to be met with more lies and deceit. The level of dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond comprehension.

In summary, Skyline Company LLC not only failed to fulfill their service obligations but also treated us with contempt and dishonesty. I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. This company's unethical practices and abysmal customer service have left me deeply disappointed and out of pocket.

My air Canada flight had a bunch of delays and my ticket got messed up. Somehow while trying to sort it with United, who I was then directed to, I ended up calling in and talking to this team. The guy seemed nice and first, claimed he had a business seat on a nonstop held for me. Then asked to call me back in 40 minutes “once the manual porting had been completed”. Called back and new guy tells me he’s “manually porting” the information (????) then put me on business class (after trying to charge me almost 800$). Then I get to the United checkin and they tell me it’s economy but at business pricing (?????). I called back and was told they didn’t have any seats available and tried to push me into flying tomorrow. They charged my card and I went to the United rep. After a bunch of calls on the United reps side, we finally got me on a new flight. THEN THEY CALLED AND TRIED TO PRETEND THAT THEY DID IT. the absolute nerve.

I called British Airlines to change a flight - I ended up speaking to Skyline after I misdialed by one number. They charged me $400 to make the change. I then spoke to BA and the change was free. Someone then tried to use my card for other purhcases. Do not speak to this company. Hang up

My wife was making changes through Southwest airlines and was routed by SW Rep to this group. At no time did SW or Skyline identify themselves as being a separate group from Southwest. Buyer Beware!!!

Not sure what happened
In my contacts I had a number for mileage Pluss members and reached this outfit.
They did not answer as United but when I asked if they were United they said they were. I needed to change an arrival airport and they told me I needed a new ticket. They were even able to go into my United account and do the reservation change. When they asked for a $298 flight change. This raised my hairs. They said the ticket change had to be entered manually. I went along. Fortunately my Chase Visa card caught the fraud. They even tried a second time to submit the charge. I hung up. United told me they didn’t have change fees which I thought. The reservation was changed. Stop payment for the company was made with Chase. Stay away from these people.

In June of 2023 I made resservations for American Airline flights for 2 people from DRO to FLL on January 20, 2024. At that time, Skyline Travels said that I would not receive tickets until 5 days before the flight. Five days before the flight I contacted them to get tickets.
They said American Airlines no longer flew into DRO,(which was a lie.) That I would have to fly with United and the change would ccost $125.00. When they booked our flight with United, they only booked a flight for my wife. When I asked why I wasn't booked on the same flight, they said I would have to fly out later on a
different flight. When I insisted that we fly together they were going to book us on still another United flight and the change was going to cost an additional $125.00 each. At that point, I told them no, that I would book my flight directly with American Airlines. I have the original itinerary they sent for American Airlines on June 23, 2023. I also have the ticket confirmation for the United flight they booked for my wife. Needless to say, this was a very stresssful time.

Henry, at Skyline Travel, was incredibly helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He listened to our needs as seniors and found us the best possible flights and connections. It is comforting to know that we can contact him at any time for any questions, and we have! I recommend his company without reservation!

We can't recommend this company high enough. We had a complex trip planned with several destinations. Henry, the agent, spent three hours on the phone with us figuring out the best flight plans for us. A few weeks later, we needed some follow-up; he spent another hour with us sorting things out. He gave us phone numbers in case we had any sort of problems before or during our trip.. He was consistently courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

Best customer service I have had in a long time.
