My package from China (first 🚩!) to NL got lost three weeks ago; it was stated as ‘delivered’ on their weird Chinese postal service site but I didn’t receive anything. I have been contacting the client support around 15 times for a refund/new products or ANY kind of help but only get the same AI generated message back every time. I feel like it’s a big scam. Ridiculous that this is supported by so many influencers! Don’t buy there.

I received the device, but it would not turn on. Sent several emails and phone calls with ZERO response. They have stolen my money. Reported to BBB. Do not buy this product.

Pls be aware that this company is in
China. I bought their product 9 days ago , still not receive since it is coming from China. I bought the similar product from the other company in order to serve our needs for the Wedding trip and asked for refund from Skintify. They refused , wrote “ Unfortunately, we can approve refunds only if the product arrives damaged or defective. I apologize for the inconvenience.”
They are lying about the 3-5 business day shipping and 60 days worry free money back in the website !! They don’t have an office in Maryland , it is a fake number . Never Ever order from them!!!

False advertising. They use the same before/after photos as three other companies: Neuderma, Ultrazeen, and Ellasie. It’s a scam.

Awful. Have made calls, texts and everything possible to get help. NONE. This “simple to use “ item is mind boggling. I’m an engineer and cannot figure out how to effectively use. Beware
