Great experience from start to finish
Great customer service, speedy tracked delivery & the products themselves are fab. And they even threw in a free cleanse off mitt with my order.
Could not fault this brand or the service in any way.

I love these products but the packaging…
I love these products but the packaging is very poor. The pump emptied on my serum 6 weeks ago so I turned it upside down to see & still getting product today. The refills don’t work over 75% in my experience. Serum/cleansers/moisturiser excellent but packaging very poor.

Perfect coverage and great service
I purchased the Skin Shield No 4 on a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for a product with proper SPF that didn’t whiten my face and make me look washed out. Great product that feels lightweight on my skin and the soft colour means that most days I have a lovely glow and don’t feel the need for extra makeup coverage, this is very important as a Mammy of 3 young children! The delivery was fast and they have great offers on the website!

Love the product but cannot get it out of the package
I recently purchased refills of numbers 1,2,3 and Sally cleanser. I really like this brand and I love that you can buy refills. However, I find the prebiotic and Aha cleanser really difficult to get out of the package. I am pumping and pumping but nothing. I end up having to open it up and use my finger to get some product out. This is annoying and I simply don’t have the time to pump and pump in the morning. I probably will not buy these cleansers again when I finally get all the product out. This is my second refill of the prebiotic and it is the same problem.
