The course you purchased is 100% online and although we recommend completing on a computer, it is available on any device as long as you have a good internet connection. Videos and other course material are subject to copyright and can therefore not be downloaded.


We did respond to your initial support message on October 27th. However, from your Trustpilot review it may have arrived in your spam folder and therefore the response was not visible to you.


We would really like you to get up and running with your courses. Please let me know how what we can do to get you up and running. Alternatively if you must have your course accessible via download I am afraid that we do not provide this and I would suggest contacting the outlet you purchased your voucher from for a full refund.

Good afternoon Azhar.

I have noticed your review on Trustpilot and wanted to get in touch with you to see if I could be of any more help?

I can see on my system you have purchased the PivotTable course on September 15th. I can also see that you were incorrectly charged an additional fee for access to you course which was then refunded. I’m sorry for any confusion during the process and please do let me know if you have not received your refund. This error was down to a small technical glitch that we fixed on the same day..

I also wanted to make clear that you still have access to your PivotTables course, which you can access at any time. However if you did want access to an additional course due to the inconvenience caused when you joined please do let me know and I’ll add that to your account right away.
