As a newbie to skiing but having a first trip booked, I knew I wanted my own boots after a terrible experience at a ski slope locally where I rented boots.

Wow, what a store Ski Exchange is!

Super easy to book into the Boot Lab for a dedicated 2hr slot. I was blown away by the care and attention by James to get me into a pair of boots I was happy with. I can’t wait to try them out.

OMG these guys are amazing, I went in to buy snowboarding gear and although they are mainly skis gear nothing was too much trouble. They personally ordered what I wanted and when it arrived I went back in to fitted. These guys and there attention to detail is second to non. All the way though the fitting an they explained what they are doing there knowledge is off the chart good. So pleased with my boots and bindings.
So if you need any skis gear at all this is the place to go.

I have been a skiier for 34 years and had bought several pairs of my own ski boots over the years, from the usual places like Snow and Rock etc, but I wanted to try Ski Exchange, after reading the reviews on-line. WOW is all I can say. Don't get me wrong, Snow and Rock are O.K, BUT the "personal service" and fitting at Ski Exchange, is second to none!!!

Young Andy must have spent, in total (from 2 trips), five hours with me, where we tried on and eliminated different boots for my ability / fit, (Basically I have "ducks feet" - very wide at the front and extremely narrow at the heel, so I am not, let's just say, typical!) Anyway, Andy perceivered with me and rather than just get me to buy something they already had in, he recommended two boots that they were going to get in stock that would suit my feet / ability, far better, and so I came back and I am glad I did. Again he spent three hours with me, footbeds / stretching the boots to perfection, as well as adding a Zip Fit Inner that would give my heel extreme hold. All I can say is I wish I had come here years ago! And to top it all, Simon serviced my skis for free during this time. All the staff were so friendly and it was evident they knew their stuff. I was left with nothing but confidence and would a 100% recommend anyone looking for new boots (or skis), to go visit them!!! Please don't waste your time with a normal ski shop - go and see these guys at Ski Exchange. You will not regret it!

Really helpful and expert staff - they completely looked after me, especially it being the first pair of ski boots I've bought.

This is our second visit to the Ski exchange, two sets of skis, poles and clothing, Fantastic service, the staff really know their stuff, absolutely thrilled with the equipment we’ve purchased.

I went for a Boot fitting for a new boot.
I usually even have trouble just buying normal shoes because my feet are unusually wide. Team at the SkiExchange does a thorough job and gives best advice keeping your comfort and your skiing needs at top priority. At the end, boots that I bought and fitted to me were more comfortable than my daily shoes. I will most likely come back to buy a pair of skis and a helmet too.

Friendly staff and good service

I took my kids for their first proper ski boot fitting session and the team were great with them, practical in their approach to fitting growing feet whilst trying to keep the budget down to a low roar.

Fantastic personable service, extremely knowledgeable staff that helped my son with his boot fitting and race wear for his upcoming season…
