Sketchbook Design was founded by artist Michael Wylie in Manchester in 2015. We take inspiration from nostalgia, producing hand-drawn typography and illustrative artwork inspired by people, places and popular culture. We offer a wide range of print sizes, framed and unframed to suit all spaces and budgets. We also supply our artwork on tea towels, cards and more. As a company we are very focused on being as eco-friendly as possible. We produce every print and card to order, as well as shipping our orders in biodegradable or recyclable packaging. We also work with commercial clients to transform spaces with hand-painting wall murals.

I paid for express delivery for a 60th…
I paid for express delivery for a 60th birthday card.....it was so late I've not given it to him as its embarrassing. Maybe you forgot my order, because it wasn't until I contacted you, did you I then get a delivery notification. I can't be bothered to check back how late, but it was probably 2 weeks!

Hi Dee, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the delivery time. I can't seem to find any email from you, however I can assure you that your order was not forgotten. I have checked back on the order and it was dispatched on the 4th working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, unfortunately that week due to some printer issues we were delayed sending orders by one day. Our cards are sent untracked so I can't check for any delays with Royal Mail to cause a two week delay. I would be more than happy to offer a refund on the order if you had contacted me. Sorry again about the delay and if you'd like to discuss this further please get in touch. Thanks - Michael
