I ask a lot of questions. Usually, when someone shows me a new platform, my brain immediately goes to, “Okay, but what about this? What happens if that breaks? What am I missing?”

What impressed me about SiteTrust was that Vinnie, Melina, and the team had already thought through almost every question I threw at them.

They’ve taken something that can get complicated very quickly ... website tracking, consent, monitoring, reporting, and all the technical stuff happening behind the scenes ... and made it surprisingly simple.

And I don’t mean “simple because they hide everything from you.” They actually show you what the system is checking and what it finds.

We even ran into an issue during my onboarding. Instead of glossing over it, their system flagged it; the team dug into it with me, figured out what was happening, and got it working.

I actually told them during the call that I liked seeing the system fail the check because it proved they weren’t just pre-populating everything with a green “PASS” and telling me I was good.

That matters to me.

I don’t want another piece of software that gives me a false sense of security. I want something that actually does the work and tells me when something needs attention.

The team was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and clearly committed to making both the product and the customer experience better.

I've been pretty skeptical about all the AI stuff popping up everywhere lately. Like, how do you even know if a company is being honest about how they use it?
Their whole deal is basically giving you a clear answer: yes, this business is transparent about their AI, or no, they're not. No corporate jargon, no fine print buried in a 50-page policy nobody reads.
What I really appreciate is that they actually verify things independently. It's not just companies saying "trust us" – there's a real certification process behind it. And you can check their public registry yourself if you're curious.
If you care about knowing what's real and what's AI-generated when you're browsing online, this is the kind of thing that should exist.
