Advertised products as Cotton & breathable clothing, the items were polyester, non cotton. Now when I ask for refund this company wants me to send to China. The site presents as Australian site etc..which it obviously is not as the products are shipped or returned to Aisa/ China...to me this is false advertising, misrepresentation...
All the clothing was polyester and a big disappointment..

The 2 dresses I purchased are the most cheapest pieces of material sewn into a shapeless style that I have ever purchased. Absolutely nothing like the advertised product.
They were not made in Australia Cairns by a boutique established in Cairns. They are Chinese made with some sort of cheap material, using an overlocker machine.
I am now in the process of trying to get a refund.

I watch him all the time and his stuff is great.

Ordering from this company is genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. My items did not arrive and there was absolutely no communication. All emails and messages to Customer Service were simply ignored while the company continue to release range after rage without fulfilling the orders they had already taken. Eventually I approached my bank who refunded my money through a chargeback.

I waited 4 months until my order arrived, I paid lots for shipping and douane costs. After one wash, the print faded. We emailed the company immediately but they never responded.

The sweatpants and hoodie ordered 2 weeks before Valentine's Day 2021 for my granddaughter, finally arrived in mid-March. The quality was beyond awful. The fabric was disgusting to the feel. It wasn't made of any material I've ever experienced before. Not only didn't it feel good against the skin, but it also wasn't breathable or absorbable. My 11-year-old granddaughter said she wouldn't wear them. Basically, I wasted more than $100 on this crap.

Returned our order because we realized how overpriced everything was. This was in January and we have yet to get our refund. Dealing with this company is an absolute nightmare. Avoid at all cost.

If there was zero stars that's what I would give thia company. Over priced hoodie that once washed ( accordingly to the instructions I may add) the lettering all comes away ...after one wear and wash it's a mess . Then customer service didn't reply to my first message after xmas, second message sent two weeks later and they answer back today over 10 weeks later ,saying once anything is washed they can't do anything. This clothing line is not fit fir purpose and over priced for quality and really bad customer service

Wouldn’t even give this one star, awful quality, I ordered 2 hoodies and didn’t receive it until 4 months later, I tried to get in contact with the company multiple times which I didn’t ever get a response. Furthermore, I only received one hoodie when I ordered 2. Again no reply from this company as to why. Such a waste of money for such awful quality items.

Terrible DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING! I ordered to receive my 2 OVER PRICED ITEMS by Christmas and didn't receive them on time and when they did come in one was the wrong item and they were not worth the cost AT ALL the items looked like a sweater you get heat pressed at a flea market! I told them that I will gladly return these items just send me a return label and send me my money back and they refuse to even acknowledge me saying this in their responses its always a run around or we'll get back to you! They don't have that same tone when quickly taking payment on something that hasn't even been sent out! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I’ve bought several things from sisters apparel bc it looks cute and I love James Charles. Every single time there has been some sort of issue. You can never get ahold of customer service. I’ve reached out over and over and hear nothing back. I am beyond frustrated. Please don’t make the same mistake I have made. Only giving 1 star because there’s no option to give 0 stars.

Ordered jumper in November and still no word on its arrival. Tracker hasn’t been updated since December and customer services are non responsive.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems, always late shipping and the quality of material they use is poor.
Only ordered again as my partner loves James Charles. So disappointing how he’s letting his loyal fans down. We won’t be ordering again!

awful been ripped off , this is terrible , my daughter is so upset , told to contact UPS and file a claim against them to get money back !!!! its not UPS I have bought from ..... just the worst customer service ever , I have been battling them since last June !!!!!!

Do not buy from this site. They are scammers. They take your money and run. You will not hear back from them when you email to ask where your order is. Utter b’astards!!

We were all scammed by a knockoff company. I ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter for Christmas. It finally came and yes is like all of the other reviewers. When I emailed the real Sisters Apparel they naturally didn’t have any info. I know there is a genuine Sisters because her friends have one and they are beautiful...as far as a hoodie can be. I emailed this knockoff company and the reply used poor grammar and wrong choices of words. Then I looked at the website again. It reads Sisters-Apparel.us NOT .com which is the real company. The fake site took you to the pictures for the genuine site which made me think I had the right website. It even used the word “official sisters apparel” which is soooo deceiving. The prices were even the same as the genuine company. The fake site asked for pictures of what’s wrong with it. I did along with her friend’s real one. Never heard back after that. I am out the money and my granddaughter is disappointed because the one she wanted is no longer in stock or advertised by the real company. Painful lesson learned. I did file through the BBB to hopefully help others but these scammers will just change their name and products.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! All the reviews are right. I wish I read it before ordering. I placed my order nov 23, 2020 and as of today, I have not received a tracking number. I’ve emailed them right before christmas and their response is to be patient. I’m sure by the time my order arrives (which I doubt it ever will), my child will be grown already. I don’t even want my child to sport this trash anymore!!! I also tried tracking my order # on their site and it says it is not recognized. SCAM!!!!

absolutely horrible, disgusting experience.
My daughter saw a new clothes line advertised on James Charles's IG, she was so excited, asked for a hoodie as a Xmas present... The tracking did not work, so I emailed twice. Never got any answer. Was worried that it got lost. Eventually the hoodie arrived...
I have never seen such a poor quality of clothes!! Shocking! the hoodie was very thin, the lint was forming just from rubbing inside the package, the fabric is of very poor quality. The colour is so dull. It looks like it was pulled out of a trash bin!
This is such a disappointment. My daughter could not believe this was her Christmas present, something we paid $50 dollars + international shipping cost. She was so upset and disappointed.
To add insult to injury, they apparently DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!! How is that? Pay more for shipping and then can't even return something that only fits recycling bank.
Absolutely disgusting! They aim at young audience and provide such low standard. What does it teach young people? you can become famous and then sell crap for $50 and don't even engage with customers.
Disgrace! Shame on you!

this is a fake website is not the original James Charles, my daughter ordered before and the merchandise is good but this one is bad the hoodie i can get better quality from the dollar store, I place the order December 16 still waiting for one of the items and the one that I got first it is terrible.

Disgusting service. Ordered 3rd week in November... my order was split. One was shipped 1 week after order made and is still stuck at UPS new York. One was shipped 3 weeks after order date and has turned up.. bad material, very thin definitely not worth the $50 I paid for it. Customer service is a joke.. just told to wait. I am contacting my bank to obtain my money back.. over $120 total spent and only have 1 hoodie that is a $15 hoody max.
Awful, unreliable, cheap material.. disgusted
