i placed my order on September 23rd - still has not received.
No answer from customer service. I read below so many complaintes- they are true. The look and feel of teh company website is a scam.Do not fall into their trap. For yoga clothes, go to yoga searcher . I am baffled that in 2025 this tribe company gets away with so many bad review and is still in business.

Absolutely love Sisterly Tribe! Their customer service is super helpful and all of their collections are gorgeous. Will always be a loyal shopper!

Jag är jättenöjd! Leveransen gick smidigt och när jag råkade skriva in min mejladress fel fick jag snabbt hjälp att rätta till det. Efter det var allt superenkelt – bara att klicka fram bytet, få en QR-kod och lämna in hos Postnord. Så smidigt!
Kläderna är både snygga och bekväma, och det säger jag som varit danslärare i 40 år – jag vill känna mig bekväm men också se bra ut.

I adore this brand of workout wear. It’s super soft to the touch and ultra comfortable to wear, fabulous quality, extremely flattering designs, and offers everything in a gorgeous range of attractive yet subtle colours. I especially love the ballet wrap and always get compliments whenever I wear one. A 10 star 🌟 company and divine to wear! 🤩🤩🤩

I have yet to receive my order. UPS are demanding payment before delivery ( which was included)
Sisterlytribe have been informed and said ignore payment as the invoice should be paid by them.
Sisterlytribe are now not answering my emails - I have paid £191 and have not received my purchase.
The contact number is not working

Please advise Sisterlytribe??

I ordered leggings and a ballet wrap a few months ago and they are great quality. I also received a UPS invoice recently and my experience with customer service was fantastic. They replied within a day and refunded the amount I paid to UPS straight away. I will definitely order from here again!

One of the best activewear brands in the world! Truly high waist leggings and very flattering sports bras. Excellent customer service too! Will be buying again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. After 3 weeks I still did not receive my refund and every request I am sending to the customer service is being ignored. This is absolutely insane and feels like fraud.

My first order had a wrong item which I ended up loving and decided to keep. The wonderful customer service sent me a discount for the original piece that I ordered. Thanks! I love the sets & the pieces mix so nicely🧡

i’m absolutely in love with this brand. their neutral colour palette is timeless. everything mixes & matches effortlessly, giving me endless outfit options without overthinking. the fabric is buttery soft & seamless lines are so flattering & give ma polished & confident look no matter where my day is heading! their customer service is outstanding. every question I had was answered quickly and with genuine care & concern which I appreciate oh so much!! it’s rare to find a company that delivers both impeccable products & a personal touch but sisterly tribe is truly for the sisters 🤍

Avoid this company!!!!
I bought some pieces from them back in May via their website. I didn’t like them so returned. Now UPS are trying to charge me import fees! £80!! I’ve been in touch with their customer service - week later no reply. Awful awful company. Avoid!!!!!

I have returned a claim (the seam ripped), the claim was approved and received, but no refund!! It’s almost been a month, far beyond the 14 business days that it is supposed to take. I really worried to not receive the 100€ back. I already tried reaching out via e-mail several times and instragram without any reply.
I love their products but I’ll really consider buying anything ever again.

I never received my package, an order of 500 €. I took several times and customer service that does not deign to answer me. I even contacted them on Instagram and still no answer
I hope that through this review, they will finally come to me. It's still a scandal to have such inactive customer service given the price of the products.

Returned a top, (too small). Returns cost approx £8 from UK. Bot email this morning - they've received item, it will take up to 14 working days to quality check, then they will be in touch. That's nearly a MONTH!
