Have been dealing with Sian for the past couple of days. Service I have recieved is great and after speaking to Sian on the 1st day I have actually started to feel more like my old self and even had my first good nights sleep in months. Didn’t realise things would be so fast paced. For busy people that don’t have much time to focus on this alone, being bombarded with calls and messages was a bit off putting at first. However Mike (the advisor) and I managed to get what needed done eventually and he was quite understanding about my situation what with me not being able to answer calls and respond to messages straight away. Overall the experience was ok.
