Fast, swift and just what you need for your clients
Having worked with Andy supported by Jody and also Laila, I have had an fantastic experience for my client through Sirius.
My client had already been let down on a bridge from a specialist bank and needed a urgent bridge approved at 75% for a mixed use building that needed works done.
My client needed a bridge completed without all the red tape having been let down by a specialist lender who promised the world and delivered the opposite....
Seller and agent had many cash offers and time wasn't our friend.
Andy and the team was able to source and get a lender to approve a 75% Ltv bridge in a speedy fashion even though there was legal and other issues that were unforseen.
The lender took a pragmatic approach to support this case coupled with the wisdom of Andy,Jody and Laila.

Paul and James: the best. Bar none.
I’ve known Paul Debney at Sirius for a while: the man has integrity, experience and I’d pretty much trust him on any asset finance matter. The team at Sirius especially Laila and Dak are one of the best , and especially during the crisis caused by ex PM, Liz Truss which caused an alarming hike in the swap rate. They reacted immediately to fix my buy to let portfolio and are available 24hrs to help. Their talent and their extensive network with lenders makes them one of the best .
