Website bit difficult to navigate. Easier to input song on search. Good selection of songs and artists . Delivery was on time and good communication. Have used before and will do again.

Good service but disc does not play
Good service but disc does not play. The first one was replaced but second no better. The player will play all other tracks I have, approx 25000! They did send another disc but I haven’t bothered to contact them further. The 3 stars were for the service received.

Didn't get what I expected

Great service and I will return as a customer
It's great that you can create your own playlist for a karaoke disc and it was easy to do on the site. Sounds great too.
There was an issue with one of the tracks for some reason as the text didn't move with the music. I contacted the company through the website and they contacted me straight away. They sent out a new product without any fuss - great service.
