Garlic of poor quality and very small. Have tried to contact them but waste of time no reply. Sorry won't be ordering again .

Not happy I need to contact them e.mail wouldn't go and phone number doesn't seem to exist.
Garlic on arrival looked good but a lot of damp cloves in the centre

I've used this company for the last few years and they were really good, however this year is a completely different story extremely poor quality seeds very poor germination rate and sickly plants and right across the board from brassicas to only one of five cucumbers coming up with yellow leaves , emailed numerous times no response.

Ordered many different vegetable seeds and barely 10% germinated. I am an experienced vegetable grower so I know what to expect and how to do it.
Contacted Simply seeds 3 times to seek redress but they couldn't be bothered to respond never mind offer and explanation, refund or replacement. Avoid this company and their products. They are useless.

Bought some Impatient Beacon seeds advertising at around 30 seeds per pack when I order quite a few packs their were only 16 per pack will not be buying off them again will be getting in touch with HM weight and measure.

Ordered two packets of tomato seeds, only received one, emailed them immediately, you guessed it, no reply, emailed again, that’s right, no reply yet again, I then phoned them and got what I expected, nobody available to take my call. This company is a total disgrace who have basically stolen my money. Purchase from them at your peril.

Bought enough packs of the 'Bright and Spicy' salad leaves to last me all Summer. I was so disappointed as all I grew was 'Dull and Woody', the 'salad leaves' were so coarse they were inedible and being serious would have made great Dental Floss. I complained, sent off all the info I was asked to, including photo's....now silence prevails.
I can't recover my expenditure but will warn everyone that this company are not much use. They sell the cheapest seeds available then have no after sales service or redress following a complaint.
USELESS

I ordered from simply seeds but decided to cancel my order before dispatch. I emailed them telling them this and no reply. The package was then dispatched so I emailed them again marking it urgent. No reply. The package arrived. I rang them. No answer. So I left an urgent message. No reply. The following day I left another message as no one answered. No reply. So I am disgusted with this company and will never use them again. Awful service.

This company is fine until something goes wrong. There is no phone number for them on their site and they just ignore emails. I had a problem with some seeds that did not germinate. They just ignore any emails or any comments sent via their website whilst boasting about their customer service. Steer clear of them!

HANG ON TO YOUR MONEY

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for bulbs amounting to £140 on 29th September with delivery promised for 3 to 4 days. It is 26th of October and I am still waiting!!!

I have emailed them three times and have had no response. They have no telephone number to contact them on.

On looking up reviews on this company I find I am not alone, there are numerous others this month alone that have/are experiencing the same problems as me.

I am 80 years old and live on a very small pension, I cannot therefore afford to be ripped off like this by a bunch of cowboy traders.

Take my advice and look up their reviews for yourself and then decide for yourself if it is worth the risk buying from them.

Used last year, great , no problems. This year, appalling!
ordered 16th Sep, value just under £60. My account states "order completed 20th Sep. 16 days later, nothing has arrived. Tried calling, cannot leave a message. Emailed twice and no response, will now have to contact credit card company to return my money. Shameful way to treat customers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, taken my money, not sent anything in return, not responding to emails and cannot call them, this is theft!!

Part of my recent order is missing and I am unable to contact Simply Seeds. They are not responding to emails and have no telephone number to contact them.
I have had previous good service but now I am stuck in limbo. The online form to contact them will not send and I am out of pocket.

Have ordered from this company several times with no complaints.
Have just sown some more sweet pea seeds, this time Cupid Mixed. On the packet it said average 40 seeds. I'm delighted to say they contained 72 seeds. Thanks Simply Seeds.

absolutely shockingly bad customer service, order arrived with despatch note complete but 5 of 9 items were missing.
Emailed by responding to their confirmation email. Nothing.
Used contact form on their website.
Nothing.
Tried to phone.
Never an answer and mailbox full.

Basically they have my money and I have no recieved the goods and no way to communicate this to them.
So effectively THEFT.

I use simply seeds every year for my seed purchase and the quality is good, get a good crop each year.

The only reason for 4 star and not 5 is they have no way to view your current or previous orders on their website which probably means I spend less because I never remember varieties I ordered last year.

Used them for all my seeds this year fast delivery and a brilliant section and great price. I'm growing some very strange veg on my allotment this year lets hope they don't taste as funny as they look.

Delicious, wholesome porridge both in large & small, easy to take on the go containers. I bought these to try having been prescribed a specific diet only to find that the whole family were enjoying them too so we’ve gone on to order all types of the seeds to snack on. We’ve also sent them to friends as gifts; cooked various tasty recipes supplied on the website & have even re-cycled the small, waterproof pots for seedlings & pet food storage! Happy customers - good, honest service and great tasting product - thank you.

First time I used this company. Seeds arrived within a couple of days. Nicely packaged with clear instructions.
