Easy to access and arrange, good value for money, excellent communications but unable to comment on claims as we had no need to do so.

Policy coverage clear and claims procedure simple to understand.
Good pricing compared to hire car company standard policy which was 10 times more expensive and did not cover the underside and tyres of the vehicle.

Very easy to find and take out a policy. Obviously a huge saving on what the car rental company would have charged, and gave me added peace of mind whilst on holiday. I didn't have to claim so cannot comment on the claims process.

Simple process to buy the insurance. Did not need to make any claims so no comments on the claim process.

We didn't have any need to actually use the policy but the helpful communication from Simply Excess was excellent - what we should and should not do at collection and return was very useful.

Quick and easy to purchase a policy. I bought the annual one adding my wife as well. Really good value for European cover at around £40. Whilst I’m in Spain whilst writing this, I haven’t yet hired a car yet. In Greece later in year. I guess like any insurance policy you only know how good they are when you have a claim. 5 stars for the purchase though.

Very straight forward to apply online and why would you not do it for peace of mind! Hope we don’t have to use it but huge saving over costs rental company tried to charge on pick up in Spain.

Very easy to setup, taken out for "peace of mind". Fortunately all went well so no reason to submit a claim, which is the only reason to drop a star, as the sevice in the event of a claim is unknown.

Great product, fabulous price with very good cover. I really liked the tips and hints and found the before you return the car tips very useful. I would highly recommend you to anyone
