Excellent quality, fits perfectly. Good comms, made certain we had the correct layout before starting work. Highly recommended.

Mat is permenantly creased/broken where it was folded in half for packaging and only covers the centre section of the boot so doesn't protect the sides. :o(
Took weeks from order to delivery with no communication from simplycarmats to confirm order or update progress - I only knew I'd ordered because the money had gone from my account.

Although communication throughout the purchase was a bit sketchy, the actual product (for the price) was excellent: Aston Martin floor mats, fit was perfect, Quality excellent, coloured vinyl edging not perfect (but as stated, for the price more than acceptable over mats) Most pleasently suprised and at a fraction of the cost of Genuine OE

The front and boot mats were wrong with the boot mat not covering the entire floor.
The front mats did not have the locators to secure to the ones in my vehicles carpet.
Tried to resolve the issue with them but they have now stopped responding with my emails.
It is the 3rd set of mats I have purchased from them but I will not buy or recommend them again.
Bought them in 13 November 2024 and now is 20 February so it should have been sorted.

I don’t rate the quality of the carpet used and the fit is poor.

Bootliner for my Audi E-Tron is great , really good fit , very secure due to lots of velcro , really thick and strong material , bumper flap works well , very impressed with it .

Great customer comms, good quality items with a wide choice of finish and quality. Sometimes the factory doesn’t make the correct mats but in each instance the customer service to rectify is great

Ordered a boot liner for my BMW X5 to say I am disappointed is an understatement. The fit is diabolical and the quality is poor and the Velcro does not adhere to the sides of the boot fully and I cannot access the floor box without removing the liner.

Third boot liner from Simplycarmats and another excellent product/service. Have now bought liners for Volvo XC90, Tesla Model Y and Volvo XC60 and they are excellent because the attention to detail in the design is so good. I also like the way they check the order by requesting photos before processing to make sure there are no crossed wires.

I recently bought a new car and was looking for a high end quality boot liner when I came across simplycarmats. I placed my order. Shortly after placing my order, and forwarding several photos, I was contacted by Dan who informed me their template for my car did not match the photos I had submitted so they could not provide the snug fit I was looking for. I cancelled the order. So why the review? Because Dan was open and honest by stating he was unable to provide the bespoke quality boot liner I wanted. He could have provided a less than perfect solution which I could have lived with but would not have loved. A refreshing response. Paul B

Came across an idea for a last minute Christmas present for someone who had no mats. Came across simplycarmats and saw they did the model. Not only that but you could personalise them too. I wasn’t sure they would arrive in time as I’d left it a bit late but they arrived just before. Really well made and good quality so happy with what I had paid.

It looks like scam, I ordered online but never received my car mat. When I emailed them they told me I need to pay extra money. I asked them for refund but they never sent me a refund. Be careful ‼️
