Unfortunately, the tank tops were not a good fit for me. However, I was so impressed with the response from Simply Elsie, who have given me a full refund. Their handling of the situation was second to none. Thank you very much.

And the customer service team was excellent A+++++ the first order I did I ordered the wrong size. Got in touch with simple Elsie they sorted me out with right size and they are a prefect fix. Thank you so much for sorting me out very much appreciate these people are the best.

Customer service was excellent. The product didn't live up to my expectations.
Vests were rough the edges were unfinished
I was refunded in full . Did not have to send back . Sizing issues . Avoid. Not uk based.
Items took 3 weeks to arrive. Email communication regarding delivery was good.
Such a shame items were unusable. As they are a good idea . The pictures show finished items in there adds . These were all full unacceptable, 

I'm not sure what I've brought. It's actually awful. Flimsy material, unfinished edges, a bra pretending to be a bra, that has cups shaped like coconut shells, material that rolls up with the slightest move you make and zero styling. I can't think that anybody would want to be encased in this. It looks suspiciously like something from the very cheap clothes place, especially as delivery took 12 days and the format was the same.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying this is absolutely don't waste your money.

Once I informed you that I had not received my order you dealt with it promptly and sorted it out it was a relief for me not to have to do anything after I informed you as I am not very good with computers thank you and I am very happy with my order and I won’t hesitate to order from your site in the future and definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great customer service and understanding about fitting.

It took over 10 days for my order to arrive and the vests were not of the quality I expected. As a larger size the support was poor and I had to modify them. Felt a little duped as all website signs indicate a UK warehouse and postal service but appeared to be shipped from abroad and customer service was generic emails. Images should be reflective of actual organisation.

Still waiting for my order to be delivered after 3 weeks.

Seemed easy and straightforward with questions answered quickly.

Customer services were great. It was the Evri courier that was the problem, they didn't deliver!!!

Ordered 3 vests on 31 July. Received confirmation that order had been shipped, but after 3 days had not been picked up by courier. Emailed company. Result order was cancelled and full refund received 8th Aug. Communication was good, prompt and friendly

I ordered 5 vests in their sale. They are not as advertised, thin, not finished on the hem or straps as shown in their ads. They fit OK but it is like wearing the leg of a pair of tights on your torso, that kind of material and it rolls up as it's not hemmed. Difficult to get into, have to step in and wriggle, otherwise, putting it over your head it's impossible to unroll! Despatched from the U. S. so not based in the UK. Not impressed.

Unfortunatly I think the sizing guide is incorrect as I found the garments to small. BUT saying that the response and service I received after contacting them was excellent. Not John But Di

I made a mistake ordering, too many pop-ups, I think. I emailed them and Bella quickly resolved the error. Happy with the service so far 😀
