I got new life insurance. Very straightforward process and John (I think thats his name) was very polite and courteous. Calls can take a while but that's because of all the questions. After my agreeing to the policies, their response was very prompt with emails, text and letters. I even got a follow up call after the first payment to ensure I was still OK with it. They do a safe word scheme which I thought is a great idea. If you dont know what that is, then call them up and take out a policy with them lol

I would totally recommend, they were extremely helpful by explaining the best thing for me to get for my age because I just didn't have a clue what would be best for me. Now I have piece of mind that I've got something in place for my kids .

Aaron the adviser from simply cover talked me through my options explained everything clearly to me and kept within my budget. We had a laugh and he was very pleasant on the phone. Would recommend simply cover.
