James and his team have advised and installed several aspects of home tech for my family. Some of what I've appreciated is how they linked each piece together, and the advice they've given to do things slightly differently to create a better user experience. I'm reasonably tech savvy, but wanted internet, TV and music systems that were robust and didn't need resetting or fixing all the time - crucially when I'm not in the house!

I have more projects planned I won't hesitate to involve them with. Everything is explained, and clear pricing in advance certainly helps.

I bought, the simplify wifi and music packages. Our home wifi was very temperamental as we have an unusual house with lots of thick walls and a large staircase that disprupted the signals. I am an interior designer and met the the Simplify guys at a clients property, they were brilliant they knew exactly what to do to fix the problem at my place. I booked a 9am slot for the following week and they turned up at 9am on the dot! We now have reliable wifi and a wireless music system in our two reception rooms which is brilliant! Later I wanted to make a playlist for a party and add my daughters Spotify account to the system and got a bit confused...I called the simplify support line and they (very patiently) talked me through the process! Fantastic service and lovely people, thank you.

First time user of Simplifi and will certainly be recommending them to my friends. Great service, great products and a great price. With all this home automation gadgetry on the market I knew what I wanted to achieve but didn't know how to get everything to work together. The team at Simplifi helped me identify the right equipment and then turned up and installed everything at the time I asked for and without any hassle.

Simplifi recently recommended and installed a new product to extend the Wifi signal throughout our house over three floors. It was a very well explained service and the new system works fantastically well, is an elegant solution and is great value for money. Highly recommended service!!

The wifi coverage in our home used to be dire. I had a go at setting up something to extend it myself but I couldn't get it to work and ended up with two different networks that I'd have to switch between depending on where I was in the house. Even then some rooms were just wifi deserts. We're not talking about a mansion here, either! The system that Simplify have installed is awesome, it just works, all over the house, and it's super quick. They turned up when they said they would, set everything up, showed us how to use it and that was that. Totally painless, and I no longer have wifi rage. An absolute bargain.
