Great budget skin care brand! They use a lot of good ingredients. To all those who wrote reviews upset that they use an ingredient that they’re allergic too that’s your own fault for not reading the label before buying.

To everyone who doesn’t have an allergic to an ingredient they use, this is a great option for buying products with ingredients that other brands charge way more for.

Realised it's the Simple products that are making my skin dry stingy and sore. Just out of curiosity i came online to see if anyone else was having similar experiences and yes they are! Such a disappointment particularly as it has always been a reliable brand and I bought in bulk!

It's incredibly disappointing when a product that's been a staple for so long suddenly changes, especially when it's for the worse. It feels like a betrayal of trust, and it's understandable to feel frustrated and let down. It's unfortunate when companies prioritize profit over maintaining the quality that customers have come to rely on. If anyone knows of an alternative please advise.

What have you done to this soap Unilever? I have been using simple soap for decades because it didn’t irritate my skin. All other soaps with perfumes and additives brought me out in rashes and spots. I was really pleased to find simple soap as it cleared up my skin. It would lather up and last a good while, I always felt good after using it. Now, it is smaller, doesn’t lather up and what ever you have done to it, it irritates my skin. My face and forehead has now got dry skin and I’m getting spots. I don’t feel clean after using it. I also found that it disintegrates really quick down to a flat bit of soap that does absolutely nothing, doesn’t lather up and doesn’t clean so what’s the point?
I don’t recommend this soap anymore and will not be buying it ever again.

Products are advertised as kind to skin but are not. Many people are allergic to linalool which can be found in essential oils (chamomile, geranium etc) and is also used to produce vitamin E (tocopherol). Face wipes, shampoo, moisturiser and I suspect most products are no good for people with fragrance allergies or sensitivities. Beware!

I have used Simple Soap for some years and always found it very good. Bought a new 4 pack recently and was horrified to discover that it has been substantially hollowed out while appearing the same from the packaging. Blatant shrinkflation. And then, using it in the shower, I find that the new hollowed shape is a challenge to hold on to. I have already injured my foot when the bar slipped out of my hand and landed end-on on my instep. Ouch!

Time to go back to one of your rivals. You have taken me for a fool.

The new bars of soap with a scallop out of the middle reducing size and weight. What a blatant rip off. Used there products for years, time for a change.

Simply products will steal every bit of natural moisture your face has. They have been my emergency wipes for when I’m not in a situation to use a facecloth and every time I use them my face goes into meltdown. Red and dry all over. Takes weeks to recover. Do not buy.

The simple refreshing facial wash is an absolute miracle. I have quite a few products from simple and this is one of my favourites. It is perfect to get u up and make u feel fresh in the morning and makes my skin feel so smooth!

Simple recently changed its soap bars from a normal bar shape to a curved dumbbell shape. It "simply" cut out a big hollow space in the bottom, reducing the weight from 125 gr to 100 gr.
But it still sells at the same old price. Prime example of greedy rip-off shrinkflation.
And the new bars are impossible to hold when wet — they keep slipping out of your hand. Useless.
Sorry Simple: This was my final purchase of your soap bars. Bye bye from a once loyal customer.

What the hell have you done with the face wipes? 'Removes waterproof mascara' is false advertising, they 100% do not do that any more. The packaging is not all the same either, so I've wasted £9.00 on 4 consecutive packs, assuming I wasn't buying the latest model.
I don't understand how you can get away with such a blatant untruth.
Simple used to make decent products, I'll just use a different brand now - and there's enough choice nowadays, you lot need to up your game.

My skin had no issues before but after using the moisturiser and toner. My skin became itchy and got black spots. Wouldn't recommend

I have never gotten a spot or anything in my life before, I have no allergies or anything medically attached. My skin is as clear as glass but when I used numerous simple products on different occasions (some of which testing and my friends and family agree) it has made my face red and itchy and spotty. DO NOT USE.All of my friends and family do not use simple as it is a TERRIBLE brand, stay away at all costs!

Face marks are tightly wrapped and tear easily when unwrapping them not value for money as I end up throwing away as unable to use

I have just tried Simple's triple protect for the first time and I'm extremely disappointed! It says that it contains "no artificial colour or perfume, no harsh chemicals that can upset your skin..." but I had it on my face for 10 mins and my whole face was stinging and burning! No other moisturisure has ever done that to my skin. I have had chemical peels etc. On my face and they didnt hurt in the slightest, so god knows what's in this stuff.
They also claim to make positive changes to reduce their impact on the environment but for some reason they have put the moisturisure bottle in a cardboard box that says the exact same information on it, it's completely pointless! Lose the box!

I recently bought the Simple triple protect moisturiser to try, having used their products for years. There is something wrong with it because when I put it on and rub it in, it comes off in flakes, even an hour after. Fortunately, due to lockdown, I haven't been wearing foundation, because if I had, the flakes would be clearly visible. I have never before had this problem. Needless to say, I won't buy this again.

It states no harsh chemicals on their packaging and yet some of their products contain methylparaben that's linked to skin cancer. Not impressed, very misleading.

I used Simple skincare when I was younger and it didn't really do anything for me. I have started to use it again and I must say I am so impressed. Really nice products do what they say, I especially like their hydrating range. Also their pricing is competitive which is very welcome.

I would recommend this brand.
