Wow! So here's my honest review.. These guys they know what they are doing and go to the extra mile, in a friendly relaxed way

Dealing with Philip,David, Cameron was easy and they did an excellent job.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Philip Gorgia who was our direct contact . He was so supportive,motivating and highly professional during our collaboration.All the team are very friendly and always willing to help .Highly recommend!!

I bought and sold through Simmons last year and I have to say it was a joy to deal with them. I really liked the fact that I was informed at all times about what is happening.
Another good point was that they always answered their phones unlike other companies I know.

The best thing with them was that they sold our house very quickly and for the correct price. Other agents wanted to either go in low or give us fake high price. I trusted Simmons estate the most and made a good choice using them.

Buying process was smooth too even so the seller was bit of a player but they still managed to pull it off.

Sold a property through Simmons. They helped sell one of my buy to let apartments after it was on the market for almost 6months with another Borehamwood company. I have been very impressed with the service provided. Originally I was told a higher price by another company and immediately dismissed Olivers valuation but after a few weeks of being with the other agent they started telling me to drop my price. I didn't realise I was signed into a 5 month contract and after dropping the price twice the other company still couldn't sell it. When I went back to Simons they gave me an up to date value and had me under offer in under 3 weeks. Thank you guys

I've had my house on the market for 5 weeks and been dealing with David, Oli and Harry. They have been a pleasure to deal with. They would send a confirmation text when I had a viewing and always called to offer feedback after that. They were all professional and polite at all times. It wasn't at all the hassle I expected it to be!
Definitely recommend if you're thinking of selling or buying.
