The team has been fantastic in the way they have supported me through queries and the level of understanding and empathy was unparalleled to any other experience I had. Out standing service and communication from Katie at Haus, cheerful, efficient meticulous. We had two faulty wusthof knives, they were well used and I expected to pay for the repairs. Plainly guarantee is a word that means something at Wusthof. They replaced them both. Super impressive service. Never has sticking to quality purchases been better rewarded. Customer service was amazing. They noticed I had purchased two items the same instead of two different items that I wished for. They were able to change my order to the items that I wanted which resulted in me not having to spend time and money returning the item I didn’t want.
