Excellent response by Silverstone

I emailed Silverstone to arrange parking and they responded same day.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Val & she sorted out parking for us. Val was very helpful & a credit to Silverstone.

Always there for helping Sue was really…

Always there for helping Sue was really good she help me for the pass 3 days … one thing I don’t like it’s the price way to expensive, even for disabled people I paid 330£ for ticket … but anyway I will be there for the 5 times this year and I love it Forza Ferrari we can win again at silverstone just like 2022 and I was there to witness so happy Forza Ferrari sempre e comando

A very good experience with customer…

A very good experience with customer services when sorting out accessible tickets and parking. It is slightly long winded way of buying all the tickets first then exchanging them for the accessible variant and then getting a refund when applicable. Though having proper checks ensures the ticket holders have a genuine disability. I am not complaining at all.

Help per mail, service hotline would be better

Sam is my man ☺️ he reached out to me first by mail and than per phone and solved my problem with motogp tickets just within a day! Thank you.

Although I have to say that it would be a better service, if Silverstone qould have a help-serviceline and not only mail!

Great circuit with great support team

Visited this circuit several times before,
including for the F1 and F1 festival. It’s an amazing experience and the support / enquiries team respond promptly and are very helpful.

Query/complaint about GP tickets

I had a query/complaint about the Grand Prix tickets & being charged more for my ticket as an early booker than the latest ticket price being requested. I was expecting to hear the usual guff but was very impressed by both the speed of response & the outcome (a refund of the overcharged amount). Confirmation received within 24 hours. Very impressed.
