Just love unusual different items and am "Thrilled about prices as much as the unique items." Found a really cute T-Shirt for a birthday gift.

Disappointed with PayPal denial for split monthly options. I felt my "blood type" might be required after I was required to submit yearly income. FYI, I'm a retired Senior citizen of course on limited income. Yet that certainly hasn't limited me at other online stores. PayPal suffers the loss as I continue to buy elsewhere and with monthly payments even. No problem with the denial, as I certainly won't be spending as much indeed.

However, whenever I might need something somewhat different I know to visit Silversal! Love the coupon code for discounts. Very nice choices of items truly. I love my purchases!

I purchased 3 items from this company and I need to return 2 of them because they are not true to size. I tried to go to the website and I keep getting and error message saying page cannot be found. I am disappointed in the sizing of two of the items. However, the third item fit perfectly.

They don’t deserve any stars. I placed my order in December reached out to them, and they promised me that they were resending my order. Told me I will get it in 10 business days so I gave them an extra week and nothing. And now they not responding at all. I hate I ordered anything from them. Worst company in the world.

Bought 2 “sweatshirts” online . Had to track them down on IG to get someone to communicate with me - items finally arrived. BTW This is a CHINA based company and no one Black is involved . Once items arrived, fabric is a cheap version of scuba fabric or thick swimwear - it doesn’t feel like a sweatshirt at all . Coloring for one of them was waaaay off . It was supposed to a neutral flesh tone beige but it is light peach. Save your money DO NOT order from them. Graphics on the site are beautiful but items up close - NOOOOOOOO

You have BEAUTIFUL & EXCITING "statement" clothing!!! If you ever get dresses in longer lengths for tall women (6ft & over) my ladies (Sorority) group would be VERY INTERESTED in regular multiple purchases!!!

I will never order from this company again. I ordered mid February and I am yet to receive my order. Reading other people’s comments tells me that they have issues with shipping in a timely manner. Never again!

I also like other reviewers received an error code initially when I tried to track my order then I went back to the actual site silversal.com and selected track then entered my tracking number and was able to see the order in transit. I placed the order on Feb 11th it should arrive tomorrow finally. It was coming from China. Hope this helps others who received the error code

I placed an order January 31, 2025, for 3 sweatshirts and I have not received my order. They sent me a notification that my order had shipped two weeks ago and still nothing. I tried to track my order and I received an error message about my inquiry.

I'm real disappointed with this company, I have ordered jumpers and been waiting for more than four weeks now, I don't understand why is taking so long, and I still haven't got my order yet, I'm waiting for a refund if this order is not coming.

I can't write a review to a company who haven't send me my order for almost a month. I needed this order to wear to work for black history month. I placed an order the end of January and I have yet to receive my order. I tried going to the website to check the status of my order and I get an error code. Will be calling my bank on tomorrow to stop the payment.

There was such a wide array of clothing items to pick from which was amazing. I appreciate purchasing clothes that do not go out of style. Looking forward to my order coming in so o can wear them loud and proud. I also appreciated the color assortment.

If there was a negative star, that's what I would give. I do not know what material is of the order. It's does not look like the website photos at all. DO NOT ORDER. It took over a month to receive.

This company is a scam. I have been waiting for my order for over a month. They finally sent a tracking number but a error page comes up! Give me my money back.

I am convinced that this company is fraudulent and I want my money back! I can't access the tracking information which reads error can not be found!!! Do not order from these people.

I ordered two items in January it is now February and I still have not received my items. I have contacted them by email with no response. I get an email saying my items have shipped. When I click on the link to track my package I get an error message saying the page is not found

I placed a order on Jan. 20 and as of this date I have not received my order. I went on website and the tracking site says its not a site anymore. How can a black owned company do this to other black people. I will be reporting them to Facebook and BBB.
