Very satisfied just waiting for the product

The company is producing an array of beauty. I just love people giving me complements. Everywhere I go somebody is asking me where did you get that shirt or hoodie from. I don't like to share my source. But I will purchase a gift to my special family and friends.

I like the shopping experience but there should be a selection of the original black,green and red, no gold. If you do your research those were the first revolutionary colors of the black movement. However, I am glad there is a website for freedom shopping.

HORRIBLE!!!!

It took me over two months to get my hoodies! They had the audacity to even ask me how I like the hoodies and I hadn't even received them until a month later!

Each time I reached out to them and even requested my money back, they again, had the audacity to tell me to give them 5 or 6 more days. This happened at least 3 times and I never got them days later. I finally received them on February 28th. I initially ordered them somewhere around the middle December.

POOR SERVICE! I was soooooo frustrated and stressed out!

The website was easy to navigate. lots to choose from. Love the creativity and Art work on the clothing. It was difficult having to delete items from my cart, lol.

Purchase was very easy. I sincerely hope a fast delivery. This will determine future purchases, as I have large number if family and friends who would be very interested in your beautiful products.

I placed an order in December 2024 and did not receive my items until February, despite multiple follow-ups. When the order finally arrived, several items were incorrect—some were the wrong size, others were not what I ordered, and some had misspelled text.

When I contacted customer service, they insisted I pay $80 to return the incorrect items before they would send replacements. Considering it took two months to receive my original order, this policy is unreasonable. Additionally, they refused to refund the cost of the missing items.

After requesting a fair resolution—such as a prepaid return label or simply sending the correct items—the company stopped responding. My last email on February 25th has gone unanswered. While Janko initially replied to my emails, there has been no further communication since.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this company due to poor service, slow shipping, and lack of accountability. This is my ticket number 38917978 and this was my order number 46859. Please do the right thing.

I placed an order on December 22, 2024 and have not received my order. I left several messages and nothing. Now they saying they don't have an order from me. They have my money and no refunds. I am not happy. I really wanted my shirt.
