Got my order , took about a month, but contacting them , and phone number couldn’t get anybody period … may order from again the clothes are of good quality

🔴🔴🔴I highly suggest not purchasing from this company. I mistakenly made a large order, because I loved so many of the clothing online. When I realized everything was being shipped from China (a lot of their clothing don’t fit me as well), I read some reviews. All of the reviews I saw on TickTok were bad. So immediately I tried to cancel my order and get a full refund. When I tell you these people will not cancel my order or give me my money back. I’ve filed a dispute through PayPal and my bank. They are literally holding my money hostage as if I have to do business with them. I don’t even have the merchandise! They just won’t give me my money back! I’ve never done business with a store who refuses to refund me when they haven’t even shipped off the product (which I don’t want) If for no other reasons than the lack of integrity and customer service, please don’t buy from here! order #S00046830

This company is a joke. My name is Lucille M I wouldn’t purchase not another thing from them not only do it take two months to get to you if it gets to you I made a complaint with consumer financial protection bureau, federal trade commission because this company is a scam, they beating Americans out of their hard, earned money. I’m gonna start a class action suit against them and as I told them, they will remember my name. Once my lawyer follow a suit I’ll put his name and anybody that would like to get into the class action suit by all means get your money back and the attire that they have on their website it’s just for show

I love there clothes. I've ordered from them 2x and the clothes fit right and comfortable. The only downside is the delivery takes forever. It took me months to receive my last order. I might order again.

There was a dress that was displayed on the page but when I searched for the dress I could not locate it. Very disappointed. I'm very sure i won't shop this site again.

I'm smelling a scam operation. I ordered two Coach dresses from Silversal on July 12 and have no updates on shipping information after I emailed them with a status request. I went through this same thing with an online Macy's "front" about a month ago. For that, the order showed it was coming from China, and after one month the order showed it was delivered to my address, which it never was. All total with these two experiences, I'm out of about $90. Time to blast these frauds to the BBB, states AG, any and all authorities. I'm sick of this ish!

Everything went well, while shopping for my wife. I hope she loves your attire. My wife is plus size, it would be nice to see some of your attire on a plus size models. But the overall experience was good. And hopefully, she likes everything.

I ordered my Coach dress on July 7th. I have not received my dress yet. I received an email stating my dress has been delivered and order is complete, but I have not received my Coach dress. I will Never order anything else from this Fraudulent site. I need my money back and I will report this site the BBB as soon as I complete my review. Please Do not use any of my information for your fraudulent business practices. This company is horrible. It was my first time ordering from this site and it will be my last.Stop stealing from people!!!!!!
