I have now been using Silver Cloud Services for my 2 new build properties since 2021. Since that date, I have found the annual service and boiler checks to be very efficient and reasonable charge for the service and CP12 certificates. I have read previous reviews and it's a shame that there has been some negative feedback. However, for the last 5 years I have found this company to be competitive and they have arrived upon the allocated date and time that I have agreed. The certificates arrived within 24 hours and gave me peace of mind and completely complaint as a responsible Landlord. I would recommend Richard the owner of Silver Cloud Services and his team.

DON'T USE Terrible company. Cancelled on me 3 times had to find someone else at short notice.

Dodgy business practices.
Lure customers in with an offer to deduct the diagnostic charge from the cost of having work done. After my boiler was diagnosed it was clear they had no intention of completing the work. Would not commit to a date, and sent an invoice with no itemisation which, upon questioning, I was told included the deduction of £80 but clearly didn’t. Use anyone else, this is a bad, untrustworthy company

Scammer, harassing you with messages and emails, when you clearly tell them you don’t want their services. Had to block them. Edit: 01/01/2026 Please, Silvercloud do not contact Trustpilot for more information. You know what you have done.

Misdiagnosed my 6 year old leaking boiler as needing a new heat exchanger.
Quoted me £1000 for a new heat exchanger, alternatively much more for a new boiler.
I subsequently rang Worcester Bosch who said the heat exchanger has a 10 year warranty. SilverCloud should know that.
When Worcester Bosch came to look at the problem, it was a simple £12 air valve that was leaking, not the heat exchanger.
Why not just one star? Because the engineer seemed a decent guy and just maybe it was all down to inexperience.
