I would like to express my appreciation for SilverBird customer service management. In my 20+ years of experience in dealings with Customer Services, I have never seen anyone who used to reach out to their customer themselves.
As it goes by customer services always want to get rid of the person approaching them, with SilverBird they emailed you, and if you don't respond they will call you to discuss. Also, they make it easy to work through. I am fine with it. Thanks

I had a business account with Silverbird which was closed about 6 months ago which I have used for some transactions and one day without prior notice, the account was closed with around 3000EUR in. I have tried contacting my account manager about this and after some vague responses from him I have lost all contact with Silverbird. They are scammers. The phone number directs me to the automated secretary. I have sent several mails even to other emails of the company but without hopes. I also made a formal complaint to their Complaints email but no response also. As a last resort, I have tried contacting their banking partners which provides them with IBAN accounts, Currency Cloud, and informed them about the issue. They replied that they will look into this and didn't reply to me either. I've been dealing with this situation for nearly 6 months and now I have lost hopes and will contact the Ombudsman and FCA to make complaints against them.This is the worst company I have ever used and I hope they go bankrupt because this is not a proper way to conduct business and I think all this good reviews on Trustpilot are made from this malicious scammers
