Happy with the ease of purchase but not with the ongoing quality.
My wife had bought a "flow" silver bracelet, which she loved, but it broke at the catch within three or four weeks. Thinking it was just a one off and the result of "user error". I bought her another one, which after two weeks has broken again in the same place. At £44 each I would expect the bracelets to last longer as it is they seem not fit for purpose and anyone buying one should probably be offered a refund!
Unfortunately I have made other purchases before second bracelet broke and have concerns about the quality of those too!
