I'm a first time buyer of the Silly George cluster lashes (Rosy). I was really excited to try them and I was so disappointed in the results. They do not adhere well. Some of the clusters just won't stick and I'm paranoid that I'll be out and have a random lash cluster stuck on my cheek or beside my eye. I don't recommend these at all. I have better luck with the cheap ones from Walmart...so disappointing.

The lashes themselves are really nice; natural and pricing is pretty good. But this second order from their website is taking WAY too long! And they charged me immediately upon order. I ordered lashes on 8/17/2026 and they charged my card almost immediately. Then around 8/20, I noticed no shipping notification so I reached out to their phone first, which was always busy, so I sent an email since they said they "read each one" and respond personally. Well here it is 8/29 and I got no response to my email, and I still don't have my lashes. I finally was able to see some shipping and tracking info. Around 8/24 I was able to see that my order was at the shipper's but it sat at DHS for 3 days! The tracking for DHL doesn't say except for on its way. Supposedly DHS turns the package over to USPS, but USPS tracking states that they don't have the package yet. The poor customer service and long delay is souring my view of this company. The tracking for DHS states my package is due September 1! I think it's poor policy to charge for a product you are not going to ship for 3-4 days AND not receive the product for 2 weeks. IF you stated you were low on product and there was a delay, that would be good service, but I've heard nothing to date. FYI I noticed you can order their products on Amazon, I'll try that next since I will NEVER order directly from the Silly George website again!

I have been a SG customer for years. The Girl Series are great, but only daily wear. And, I always have to trim the lashes. I decided to try the clusters since I can customize how many I use and the lengths. I applied them for the 1st time ever the night before our vacation. For the next 6 days, I rode my motorcycle almost 900 miles and they stayed on! And my eyes water too, but still all good. 12's and 10's are perfect. Bummed that the 14's will go to waste, they are definitely too long for me. I love that I can have these on with just some eyeliner and I'm set, and I look more awake and fresh at 51. I gave 4 stars because getting them off the strip (especially the 8's and 10's) can be tough, and I've pulled some lashes out while doing it. Overall, these are great and I barely feel them on. Love them!

They changed their lash serum formula and did not disclose this. I noticed after purchasing a bundle of two new tubes, and when I opened the first to use it, found it extremely ineffective, with changed packaging and consistency of the product. I reached out to them and they responded promptly and confirmed the changed formula, and advised they were working on yet another reformulation (I assume I was not the first to find fault in the new formula). While they were kind and acknowledged my feedback and frustration, they did not offer a refund for the 2 tubes I’d purchased recently without being properly informed of the formula change. I feel this is deceptive and untrustworthy behavior. This stuff is expensive, and I’d never splurged on two tubes (to stock up on what I thought was my tried and true product) had they properly disclosed on their website of a major formula change. I thought I was stocking up on my tried and true, very efficacious formula, and instead I got $102 worth of garbage.
The fact they are reformulating yet again (not even to revert to the extremely effective old formula) is another red flag for me. So sad, because I have been using their product for 6 years, but I’m done at this point. I presume they reformulated to cheaper ingredients = a less effective product (meanwhile the price has only increased). This used to be such an amazing serum. So disappointed when companies pull this bait and switch nonsense.

Wish I could say I love them but I don’t. I have alopecia universalis and got these lashes hoping they would help me feel confident as you can sleep in them and wear for several days.

Well, they are soooo sticky. No recommend for anyone wearing them on a warm or hot day. Mine lasted 7 hours then started slipping off. The ones that stayed on I left on overnight. By morning I had dust particles stuck to them and one was on my pillowcases and another on my arm.

Not sure if the reviews here are valid but this was so expensive for something I could not wear!

I received 1 order and the lashes were amazing. Ive then made 2 more payments via credit card and got even one order confirmation number but although my credit card was charged twice at different times, i have received nothing since my first purchase/order. I ask several times via both company emails to either send my orders or to refund me 129$ and 109$ but no response. I provided all proof of payments and/or order confirmation and nothing. They own me 238$!!!!

So far my favorite compliment has been “Holly! Are you wearing lashes? I need the link to those, those look great! and you are the one to wipe everything off. Those are that easy huh?

As an older, pale woman, I have needed mascara my whole life to look "alive." But my retirement activities, horseback riding, camping, dog training and carriage driving, are not makeup friendly. I am so glad I found Silly George! Now I can look alive while having fun with my critters. The ultimate test was driving a horse drawn carriage in a parade in a snowstorm. My pop-on lashes stood up to a coating of heavy snow and I felt fabulous!

Love the lashes, but customer service in Australia is terrible. I’ve had to follow up with the last 2 orders I’ve made as I’ve never received my order. Always some lame excuses about where they are. Very disappointing.

Honestly it took me a little time to get the hang of putting on the lashes, but after a few tries these became my favorite way to be put together with ye makeup. The are all-day comfortable and look very natural. I am now a subcriber. I recommend these to anyone that I cam

I’m in my late 50’s and my lashes have gotten sparse. I tried a few different types of lashes and lash brands before I happened upon Silly George in a Facebook and gave them a try. They’ve been my go-to for almost a year and a half now. I subscribe to three packs at a time so I won’t run out.

Silly George lashes are easy to put on, even with my glasses on (which is good because I can’t see to put them on without my glasses)! There are videos on you tube that can help you in the beginning to get the hang of it. And they stay on for 3-5 days for me. Sometimes I lose a section overnight, but it’s easy to pop on a new one.

I started with the Rosy extension pack and found that I wasn’t using the longer lengths very often. I was thrilled when they came out with single length packs. I use size 10 for all my lashes. Recently I decided to get adventurous and order a pack of size 10 in Blush. They are the same length, so they still look really natural, but they are fuller, with a crisscross pattern. I’m in love, and just changed my subscription to Blush.

Every so often I remove them all and use the melt away balm. A little goes a long way and it takes off the gummy goop that can be leftover when I take the lashes off. I apply it with a finger and rub it all around and then remove the balm with a tissue. My eyes are instantly prepped for a fresh set.

I highly recommend this product!

I am not sure where these reviews complaining about these lashes not sticking are coming from?? I have had nothing but amazing results! Every now and then there may be one that’s a little wonky but for the most part, I’ve had amazing success with these lashes. They are super easy to apply and mine last well on seven days. They pretty much stay on until I take them off! I live in Florida and even have gone swimming in the Gulf waters and they stayed put. I have been getting eyelash extensions for about four years and my lashes were absolutely wrecked. I decided to try these and was so impressed. They’re all I wear now. You just have to make sure that you have clean dry lashes when you put them on.

I was really disappointed with the pop on lashes. Although the shape and size of the lashes was great, getting the two smallest sizes off the cardboard insert was almost impossible - I bought their specific lash tool for this and it was still really difficult. I wasted 4 lash clusters. The most disappointing thing though, was the website and packet says they last up to 5 days. They literally melted off my eyelids the next morning in the shower. The glue also ran into my eyes and made them really sore. I was expecting to wear them for at least two days, especially after finding it so hard to get them out of the packet.

Customer service responded when I had questions about lashes. When I decided to return lashes well within the thirty day period they went dead silent on me. I have my tracking number from United States Post Office that they received my returned package. I have emailed them and called them on the phone number they provide on their website. You can only leave a voicemail on that phone number. I still have not received a
refund or a response to my many, many messages and emails. And its been weeks. They are crooks.
Update: after posting my complaints for 2 weeks I was finally contacted and received a refund.

Lashes are natural looking comfortable and stay looking fresh for at least 5 days.
I have recommended them to people who get their lashes done, they look better and are way less expensive.

Efficient delivery times. Great product and looks so natural. I use blush and I wear them all the time. They last between 5-10 days for me. I find Silly GEORGE to be the best ones on the market for me. I love the tutorial videos, they're very helpful.

You need to apply it EVERY day for at least 10-12 weeks to see change. If you miss it here and there, it doesn't work. I committed for 3 months and only then did I see reasonable effects. Later I forgot to take it a week-long holiday, and all the changes were lost. Yes, it does work, but it's verrrrry slow, they are only mild changes and it requires absolute dedication. For this price, time and effort, it's not worth it. Sorry.

I've been a subscriber to their lash sets for almost a year now. I absolutely love them! I've recommended them to many people. Everyone tells me they look so natural. Each set lasts well over 7 days and they are so easy to apply.

I just had a great interaction with customer service. They had technical difficulties with me ordering my subscription early. I contacted CS and they were able to honor my subscription price when I placed a one-time order. So helpful and great communication. Thank you Silly George for proving an amazing product and excellent customer service!

These are the best lashes ever!! I got the new moonrise plus strip lashes and they look so good and super easy to put on!
