Wow! Absolutely incredible. My charger stopped working randomly and I desperately needed a new one (I do all my work from my laptop). Having been scammed in the past, I was a bit hesitant, but I checked the reviews and decided to give Silicon a go. I only had to use my sister's charger for one day because the delivery was that quick! My new charger came in brilliant condition and at such an affordable price too.
If you're considering ordering something but a bit hesitant like I was (and rightfully so), 1000% order from Silicon. These guys are the real deal.

I never normally leave reviews but I just had to on this occasion. I was very hesitant to purchase a new AC adaptor from silicon connect because they were half the price of the Dell website and I thought it was too good to be true. So I checked them out on companies house, and read some other trust pilot reviews, and after seeing their response when someone tried to leave a rude review realised they had to be real people.
So I put in my order (and created an account) at 1:18pm on a Friday and waited, and waited, and didn't have a confirmation email. (I recommend creating an account because all the information is stored there, I didn't get a confirmation email but that could have been my settings) So I went back on the website and it said my order was completed with a 24hr post office tracking number.
Then later that night had an email from post office saying they had the package.
No word of a lie I had the package in my hands before 9am on Saturday which was the next day, so about 20 hours after I placed my order.
AND it was a genuine Dell product!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Will definitely use them again.
